Hey guys! Been a hot minute. First type of non-cinematic video, so bear with me as I try something different.
Here I've finally created the long awaited tutorial! Hopefully this jam packed video has some stuff y'all can learn to use!

Nah the OG is better especially with the beautiful mexican music this doesn't fit the mexico vibe like the OG intro does

I think I said this in a vid of this song but I 100 percent thought this song should have been used. It’s a shame cause the start screen we have is kinda dead
Can't wait to substitute that silly stock intro. Hell, even the season ones they introduced were better than stock shit. One idea, if you can set intro, could you extract the others they did from game files? Is to do a general mashup, as all except stock are worth to reproduce.
I’ve considered! You can extract the old files! (maybe all of the old ones? I haven’t confirmed this) I accidentally was able to get the retro menu intro file. In the meantime, if you’re interested in maybe swapping out for the FH1-FH4 10 year anniversary videos, check the short description, I mentioned a mod that does that.

Actually, the video I made discussing cinematics explains 90% of what I used to make the menu video! The extra 10% is just adding a bit of shake to the footage in post-editing.
@@Experienced_Noob you know I was trying to make some cinematic menu style in Forza horizon 4 but unfortunately I have Xbox series s and it captured 1080p and it doesn't toggle hdr. I already make like 4 video and maybe i will post soon.
wow, an updated guide to forza cinematics, i LOVE IT. For forza horizon 5:46 , the bug it's still there, just in horizon solo when you start an event.
and if anyone has the 1st gear bug, try using manual shift, it works in fh5 at least

Man, that’s a tough question tbh… I’d say maybe you can set some sort of percentage input for buttons to act as light trigger pulls. No idea how to set that up. That’s all I’ve got.

Nope! Photo mode glitch and some post-editing! Covered the glitch in my most recent video actually.

I feel like the Horizon 5 intro is too focused on scenery rather than focus on the main stars of the game the cars aswell as the scenery i mean FH4 did a good job at focusing on a car (Mclaren Senna) while also showing off the four seasons

forgot this song was in the game lmao Sounds like it should be on Bass Arena instead of Pulse imo I do kinda agree it should have been this song, it fits a lot more. Encanto has the mexican vibes I guess but idk it just kinda missed the whole music festival vibe that other Start Screens had
Yeah, I think with the way they took the game (less of a festival atmosphere, more towards the country heritage) Encanto fits. That’s just not the style I’m used to from Forza, as with lots of people.

Mate I was just thinking about making cinematic videos on Horizon games yesterday, and you upload this vídeo today haha. I was even considering on getting the steam version one day since I'm pretty confident there are some cinematic tool mods out there but only work with the steam version.
Dude, what timing! Hope this helps give you the final motivational push to create something! Steam probably does have some mods you can use, and I bet you can make much better stuff on it, but this works just fine for me!

It’s an art that takes loads of practice. I’ve been doing cinematics since 2018 (showed to family and friends), and you’re doing loads better than I did at that time. Keep at it!

A photo mode bug where the environment would be moving while in photo mode. They patched it probably during the photo mode revamp. My newest video actually covers the bug in more detail.
@balintestok4362 I may remake the clips if I find another workaround, as I’ve really wanted to turn it into a mod and I’ve gotten a lot of requests for one.

Actually looks good, gives the old vibe of how old Horizon was like, with dance music, cars, nature, combined all I wonder, do you use photo mode glitch, or drone? Because on some shot, it looks like photo mode, but some also seems a bit shaky like a camera being hold, which I think a drone would do
It’s all photo mode glitch! Drone I find to be too excessive and harder to be specific with. I used photo mode and then overlayed the shake effect from previous game titled actually. Bit over-complicated, but I think it makes it look way better.

Yeah, beforehand. I hadn’t realized they patched until just a few days ago… really a shame.
Really good! My only criticism would that the cars need to be positioned more to the left in some of the shots.
This is great. I'd start it here though 0:48 . Because most people would have pressed start before the song gets to the good part
