These bungalows are late 50s, early 60s, I know that because of the single pantiles on the roof they are called Redland 52s and if you ever need to place one or two for him, they are Redland 52 single pantiles and they are sandface brown. Great video mate.
Love building piers ,no trouble with joints growing though . My tip when building piers use a gauged profile cuts down on plumbing up and most importantly use dry bricks . Nice video ,fellow bricklayer .

Footprint hammer horrendous if using like cutting into a wall as just cutting block plastic vibrates right up the hand. Vaughan club miles ahead any hammer on the mark lovely anti gel grip. W Rose are class apart. A prefer the proform rubber handle.
@@markroe5845 Yeah the ain’t good buddy. Vaughan hammers are lovely well balanced and have a patented shock block installed in them. Brick hammers top notch also. Although use the haultafors a lot.

In the US,Klein tools are top of the line. Usually known for the electric trade and linemen tools. As a mason their leather bottomed canvas tools bags are top notch they last forever. Keep the videos coming 👍

Y not blocks under ground ?
Piers are 330mm and blocks are 440mm . Engineering bricks to start if anything or concrete bricks in ground 🤔
