AWS re:Invent 2017 Lego Room
The AWS re:Invent conference in 2017 featured a Lego room as a sort of lounge. My schedule had me stuck at this venue for a while, so I played with Legos. :)

SGI Indy XMMS gr_osview Media Recorder Test

Using an old SGI Freeware release of XMMS to play some MP3s while gr_osview watches the CPU, and the built-in Media Recorder application records the selected section of the screen. Couldn't get audio to record along with it. Might have to re-do this video someday.

My grandmother owned a green 1995 plymouth voyager. Very comfortable, good fuel economy and handling, but began having transmission problems. In late 2007 the transmission gave out, and the body was rusting badly living it's whole life in Michigan, so grandma decided it wasn't worth fixing and my stepfather and I loaded it on a trailer and hauled it off to the scrap yard. Grandma then purchased a 2004 Dodge Caravan.

@@greatvaluechoppedonions8130 unfortunately she passed away last February at the age of 95. Peacefully in her sleep, natural causes. She was still driving the 2004 until she went home. 2004 had a lot of rust but it ran like a champ. Apparently a better transmission than the '95.

Yeah, I agree wholeheartedly. I mean, I like the 1984-1990 style, too, but these are much better. If I ever had one, I'd prefer a 1991-1995 style.
