Judge Robert Katzmann on statutory interpretation
Sep 15, 2016 - A Conversation with Judge Robert Katzmann, Chief Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and Professor Emily Gold Waldman, Pace University School of Law about legislative history and statutory interpretation held at ConSource's 2016 Constitution Day celebration. Chief Judge Katzmann is the only jurist in the federal courts with a Ph.D in political science, and recently authored the book "Judging Statutes."
