I'm just referring to their having -2 mobility in 38.0 But I did also buff their range at the same time so it's not a total nerf!

What happened in this one? I don't remember any new bugs of the top of my head.

They are renamed, but most of them are equivalent to a lw class. Or at least once they are fully promoted they will be, since training roulette means they will get perks at different times. Though so far, the shooty classes feel less powerful.

But Gunners are better since they start with Danger Zone

Nothing, i think. Perfect mission to me just means that i didn't take any injuries, and armor helps there. Did i not even get hit? That and i think his goal is to make early game easier and late game harder, so i don't expect to take much damage early. Rocket killing half the map helps too!

@@charlieatlas5995 I see how my comment can be misunderstood. I've been playing vanilla and original LW on and off over the last years, and I've rarely seen 3 hits of XCOM troopers out of 4 shots fired at aliens with a hit chance in the 50% range, and even tend to have my guys/girls miss 70% and higher range shots even on easiest settings I could imagine. I actually don't bother to shoot below a high 60% hit chance anymore. I was under the impression the miserable accuracy was hardcoded into the game :P

Well, long war the soldiers aim is 65% on average. I think it is the same for ERaT. I probably just got lucky then! If i remember right, after the rocket, i had a few easy flank shots too. I do take more low shots, because overwatch feels pretty bad at my point in the campaign (no opportunist yet), and you miss all the shots you don't take!

@@charlieatlas5995 Actually, I picked up on your MO to not position your team at corners until the following turn, something I always do and suffer for... ^^ gotta try and play around with that in my games now, maybe I actually improve a bit

I am glad you enjoyed it! Fizzling out isn't a problem, that is what happens when you do a blind playthrough. Whenever I have an issue with anything related to long war, I verify files and reinstall. If you use discord, i would check there. If not, i can try to point someone to your comment. Do you use any other mods? Does this happen on the very first mission? I feel like you don't see the sky ranger on the first mission.

I like it. It still feels like long war while being different. It was nice not knowing the mechanics for a little bit, and the aliens stats. I wish the perk trees were a little more structured. Research giving different results than lw1.0 is a little weird. I expect one thing and don't get it. But that is mostly just different, not good or bad.

You are making 2 assumptions there. That i survive until exalt, and if i do that, that i survive until i can build MECs! I think i will probably try to get assaults for my operative though.

Hmmm, is it bad if I already forgot the exploding car? Chain activations are definitely an issue, but it seems to be fairly well balanced around it. My previous start I got an open map and I think 15 aliens were active at once, which is really bad with all rookies. Thanks for watching!

I lost my save for the other campaign, got frustrated and stopped playing for a while, and need to not suck again before i go back to my backup of the other one. Backed it up at the new year, had several missions after that and,... yeah

Last couple videos being like 3 and 4? I think there should be audio. No one has complained before. If you mean the most recent videos in the last couple of days, it is possible, since they just came out. I recorded them a while ago, but didn't post them as i lost my save and got frustrated and stopped playing for a while.
