Uterine Cancer के लक्षण:
यूट्रिन कैंसर आमतौर पर प्रारंभिक चरणों में प्रकट होते हैं, जो मरीजों के लिए फायदेमंद होता है। लक्षणों को जल्दी पहचानने से समय पर उपचार संभव हो पाता है।
Early Stage चरण के Uterine Cancer का उपचार: Surgery
प्रारंभिक चरण के Uterine Cancer के लिए उचित जांच के बाद पहला उपचार Surgery होता है। यदि जांच में पता चलता है कि Lymph Nodes प्रभावित नहीं हैं, Low-Grade Tumors हैं और मांसपेशी परत में सीमित व्याप्ति है, तो हम यह laparoscopically कर सकते हैं।
2nd Stage के Lymph Nodes का उपचार: Laparoscopy
यदि हमें Lymph Nodes को संबोधित करने की योजना है और उन्हें निकालना है, तो हम आमतौर पर Open Surgery करते हैं। हालांकि, कई मामलों में Laparoscopy एक व्यवहार्य विकल्प बना रहता है। इस Surgery के दौरान, हम Uterus को निकालते हैं और फिर Lymph Nodes को कैसे संबोधित करना है, इसका निर्णय लेते हैं।
3rd Stage के Uterine Cancer का उपचार: Open Surgery/Laparoscopy
अगर Cancer 3rd Stage में है, तो आमतौर पर Open Surgery प्राथमिकता होती है, खासकर अगर Lymph Nodes को निकालना आवश्यक हो। कुछ मामलों में Laparoscopic Surgery भी एक विकल्प हो सकती है। निकाले गए ऊतकों को Biopsy के लिए भेजा जाता है ताकि यह पता चल सके कि क्या आगे के उपचार जैसे कि Radiation या Chemotherapyकी आवश्यकता है।
