Kickboxing PadWork - Striking Session
Very very clean. Some slight suggestion on keeping the hands up and moving along with faster more non-repetitive footwork both these guys about to hit the next level
That was terrible boxing fundamentals on display. Please get a coach.
Lmfao nah dead ass
Yall should prob learn how to actually box before yall make a goofy video “sparring”
This is bad karate ,not kick-boxing, where are the combo punches and kicks ?
Great work 👏 proper good lads helping each other with safe sensible levels of intensity
Nice work
Good stuff 🔥 👏 That’s a good coach & I like the documentary type vibe, I assume that’s what the channel owner was going for?
Good overall workout but a few things I noticed. Stretch and warmup thoroughly BEFORE throwing combinations and kicks. You can't stretch enough. As a beginner, go for precision and correct movements on the pads, not speed and power. Train combos on the heavybag, over and over again.
Great advice
good job👍👍🇮🇳
good
Guy in the blue should learn the fundamentals first before sparring. Is it not allowed to punch to the head in your sparring?
And maybe u should learn about types of sparring first...with no head guard and the best sparring to do is body and shoulder sparring
@diptarkabhattacharya7460 I wasn't even hating on him, just stating that he lacks fundamentals. And I train and compete myself, thanks for lecturing me though. Btw headgear does almost nothing to prevent brain damage, only prevents cuts and bruises. I actually prefer sparring without headgear because I get hit less. With headgear on you see less, the head is heavier and a bigger target. In addition, sparring to the body only is a perfect way to condition yourself to drop your hands and get smacked in the head in a "real" fight. Peace
sloppy kicks and technique sorry boiz. Its not terrible, but your kicks have snap but no follow through. You both need to loosen your hips and turn into the kick, you'll break some toes otherwise.
Good one lad
beautiful sparring great job to both of you guys!
Love it! Nice and light, respectful and playful. Just how the Thai's do it. You learn so much sparring this way🥊

❤
Never give up bro, never
Don't be scared to hit each other or to get hit. It's part of the sport
I love to see these sparring videos where you can clearly tell that those two are or really good friends or really good teammates!
It’s so crazy to see how most people that are new to this have absolutely no fighting IQ at all. Not even any common sense… Most don’t even keep their hands up, can’t even throw a decent punch, and don’t know how to stand in a proper stance. The form, combos, technique, and footwork all come with training yes. But to think most men out there walking the street have this “im a bad ass. I could whoop anyone’s ass mentality”, the reality is they’d preform even worse than these fellas in this video. I just had a conversation with my neighbor the other day where he said he’s “pretty sure he could take on 3 dudes” as he was struggling to breathe after walking up the 5 steps to my front door.
I would suggest sparring full speed 20% power Helps with more realistic fights n timing. This slow speed session is more for new to sparring and for basic cardio and conditioning Play fighting not sparring But based off how they punch and kick ya, new.
Bruh. What is that spin.... This isn't Hollywood. You should have gotten knocked on your feet every time you face away from your opponent
guy in the blue shirt watch your hand when you throw your jab since you tend to drop it every time. guy in the white should try being less stiff and since he is kinda big i would recommend long guard
why are you wearing helmets?
Hhaha exactly they hit like my litlle sister
I don't want to sound negative, but I started doing MMA half a year ago, and we always spar without helmets (we've actually never used them). And I was thinking like what is the reason why you use it. The hits are not that strong to cause head concussions, and you won't get used to getting hit, so it only makes you weaker, in my opinion.
good work keep it up🔥
clean ass kick @0:22
kicked him after the glove touch lol
