The stern cockpit looks elegant with its solid curved barrier. I suspect some narrowboat hull builders do not have the machine to roll those curves and instead they weld together angular equivalents. The following comment might be too late but Starlink does have quite a daily power draw. In you position I would suggest fitting the cabling but delaying the Starlink purchase util you have clocked up some cruising miles. A data subscription to a second cellular network would be cheaper. Do you have a cruising plan for the Autumn?

You have a bow there with character. I like the cheeky upturn at deck level and the hint of a josher reverse curve in the hull. The designer deserves to be complimented because these thing are difficult to achieve when the dominant design criteria is an enclosed foredeck. Judging by the foliage in the background your videos are about 5 months behind realtime. Are you aboard yet? Exciting times.

Regading the food. It is a custom in morocco on fridays to have couscous after the morning prair. So al lot of restaurants then also sell only couscous. Enjoying to see you travel!
