Hi! Yeah I started as a UMC. It's store-based and the easiest way to describe it is that you're a management trainee in-store. You'll learn everything including cleaning 😂 Of course there are opportunities to transfer to headquarters after awhile but growth is faster when in operations rather than in HQ. Hope it helps

@@enitsirk8002 UMC is normally a pathway to Store Manager > Area Manager, etc. Mostly Store Operation based. And it's not offered, you really have to work for it and pass the requirements for promotion There are some instances that you can get transferred to HQ. But in my case I was a store manager for 2yrs before I got transferred Salary-wise, better to just ask during the interview. I was a UMC 2012 pa so medyo matagal na 😅. The program is still the same though

Hi! I actually stopped using the snail mucin regularly. Inuubos ko na lang siya so once in a while ko (as in mga 2 times a month? even less) ko siya ginagamit. Napapansin ko kasi na parang pinipimple ako pag araw-araw ginagamit hahaha. I don't really try to target my acne scarring kasi pansin ko after awhile nawawala rin siya on their on (for my case at least) FYI, I have PCOS so the only times my skin is clear is when I take birth control pills or anything to control my hormones XDD
