It's awesome seeing people still enjoy this game. Reach came out when I was a kid, and I still think it's as awesome now as I did when I was a wee one. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy seeing new kids pick it up.

I did this when I played halo reach as a kid, didn't know it was a challenge

Brings me back to the actual Halo Reach challenges

It was a seasonal challenge, so I'm pretty sure the only way to get it now is the exchange rotations.

You can jump on the tree on to hook looking branch then climb over to jump down and almost garuntee this kill too, if anyone is having trouble with the sprint method

I’ve assassinated so many elites trying to get that challenge…I did it on legendary all the time too. Can guarantee you that I assassinated the same damn elite here over a hundred times and the other elite on The Pillar of Autumn over five hundred times successfully. Never got the challenge at all. Dunno how you did it bruh.

i did that whole challenge by slaying that guy over and over.

This achievement has become a joke lol😆. The good old days when in og reach the achievement was called "if they came to hear you beg" and could only do it on pillar of autumn

Huh, I always just do this on the "Pillar of Autumn mission"

Question: For some reason, the Elite at the bottom of the ridge you need to assassinate in order to complete this Challenge is not there whenever I play this mission. Like there’s no Elite there at all, just the Grunts snoozing. Do you have to play this mission on a certain difficulty or have a particular skull on in order for the Elite to appear?

I was on piller of autom and got it like 15 times in a row was about to give up when I finally got it
