Most hospital/clinics are dreary for most people, love the idea of making it more of an experience and service oriented. Hopefully this model spreads across the country.

So then tell us what you do after listening to what they had to say...which was "We don't like the way this project (of your's) looks from our Back Yard"?

Of course listening to their concerns is important. New developments always have the tendency to make current residency unhappy. It would be wise to find out what would make them happy to see, for instance new bike trails, restaurants or activities for the community to enjoy. Ultimately the municipality will make the final decision on the development approval, they will consider the residence opinions but will make the final decision based on accordance to local development zoning laws. New developments are a tedious balance between local resistance and the local municipality. I hope this helps and I wish you luck on your future developments!

It's really a shame you did not do your full research on this man before brown nosing him on TH-cam. Why not ask him about how many Subcontractors he has refused to pay because they were black? Ask how many he's tried to put out of business due to the color of their skin. Ask him how many times he's used the "N" word in company meetings or conversations. Ask him how long it took for RLH to finally hire a person of color! Ask him about his "drunken playboy" behavior on company cruises to the Bahamas in front of all of his employees while encouraging married men employed by him to be his wingman picking up chics on the boat. Ask him about his arrogant flashy lifestyle as he treats clients and employees with disrespect while buying all his expensive cars, planes, etc. This man is NO ROLE MODEL, to anyone. If anything, he is just the opposite. You should have done more background research on this man. I know of many people who probably have the same message about Richard Haines. Don't get me wrong, there are some good people at RLH, but Richard Haines is NOT one of them. I left this company because I refused to work with such a racist individual.
