Asalam o alaikum Viewers,
I made this tasty and mouth watering Mirchon Ka Salan. It is very easy to make, doesn't require much ingredients and you can enjoy it with rice, roti or paratha. Try this instant green chilli curry recipe aka mirchon ka salan at home.
Recipe: Mirchon ka Salan
Ingredients:
- Oil 8-10 tbsps
- 1 medium Pyaaz (Onion) chopped
- 5 Lehsan (Garlic Cloves)
- 12 large Hari Mirch (Green Chilies)
- 1 tsp Namak (Salt)
- 1 tsp Kuti laal mirch (Crushed Red Chillies)
- 1/2 tsp Kalonji (Nigella seeds)
- 1 tsp Meethi dana (Fenugreek seeds)
- 1 tsp Saunf (Fennel Seeds)
- 1 tsp Zeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 tbsp Achaar Masala of any brand
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
Directions:
- In frying pan, add oil and chopped onions.
- Saute onions until light brown, then add chopped garlic.
- Keep frying until light brown and then add all the spices and sauté for another 2-3 minutes
- Then add green chillies, make sure to put long cut on each green chilli for easy cooking.
- Now keep frying until the green chillies starts to change their colour.
- Mix well and add yogurt now, cover and cook on low flame until oil separates (4-5 minutes).
- Once oil separate and yogurt is dried, your tasty Mirchon ka salan is ready to be served.
