Idk if I’m late but what quest do u have to complete the one you did in the video ?
Ngl i don't really get this question but this quest is the third one after you get the baroques work contractor. To start this quest you will need to find this npc drop which is sanji's cookbook and go to the boss summoner to start it. It's like a harder mero mero boss but after you complete it you get the baroques work contractor title which makes it when you ask sanji again he will give you the last quest to kill crocodile. Hopefully this helps you!

I think it might be one of these five. 1. Max inventory space 2. You get an item drop to craft him 3. You got glitched which is the worst one 4. Complete all the quests 5. You need to continue asking the NPC questions and finish the entire quest Hopefully any of these will help you
