I didn’t much of Sunday as I was out Friday and Saturday and I was absolutely exhausted and needed a lot of extra morphine. Thank goodness it’s now getting out of my system (Monday)🤍🎄 Lovely Eve with a cuppa and a pile of books.
The price of property is silly. Down our road there is a cottage that needs total refurbishment has no kitchen, half the roof is missing, inside is obviously damp and decaying, leaking in every room. Two bedroom, no double glazing, just short of a million pound. I bet you wouldn’t get much change from another million to do it up. Needless to say it’s not selling. We are in a sort aftered village but the line needs drawing at some point! The electricity is still on as the outside light and a light in one of the rooms are on 24/7 for the past year and the estate agents are aware but haven’t done anything about it. I enjoy your little house tours and more than anything I LOVE to see BOOKS around.🎄
I went over to Halifax today and it was high gusts winds and driving rain. Then all of a sudden it just stopped! So still and calm it was quite eerie and off putting. All that food is ideal for a family.🎄
Good bargains there. There is a price war on with the veg in the supermarkets! What a neat bedroom! Then again I was as a child, but the past few years….I think it’s because I need everything to hand nowadays but it’s clean and warm. Eve is looking festive and beautiful as always.🎄
Justina’s room reminds me of mine back in the day with the “my version” of study sheets stuck everywhere as you tend to take it in more when you are faced with it all day rather than in a book. The cookies and pies look delicious.🎄
Is that your dad? I love him! I bet he has many stories to tell. I miss my mom and dad tremendously 😔 the tractors were brilliant, what a quirky idea.🎄
Still looked good though. I’ve not been to Leeds in an age, since I don’t need to go to St James’ as regular.🎄 Then again I’m 50 next yr and I just can’t be bothered anymore. My life has gone in a totally different direction so I’ve adapted and changed. Took a few years to do it mind.🫶🏻
Your chrimbo decorations look wonderful. I’m on with knitting snowmen.🤍🎄 Stephanie wooden one is my favourite. I’m hoping you will let me see the girls rooms when they have finished their decks.🎄
I remember taking my daughter when she was 3 to a Christmas fare, she saw a Santa then she saw another Santa and continued to ask “which Santa is the impersonator?” I don’t think Santa knew what to say as this tiny toddler then wanted a full explanation of his job description. It certainly was busy there.🎄

We need to go to ikea. My husband is into Lego and has now decided he wants to keep some of the builds so I’m going to expand a bookcase with deeper shelves. Hopefully they still do the bookcase but as some reassurance ikea don’t tend to change their designs that frequently. Nice to see some are proactive in flood defences.
I had a fad about playing golf, until I realised how far you had to walk and carry the clubs for. Needless to say that didn’t last long. I think yoga came afterwards.
Alice looks lovely in her new glasses. Well done to Justina on the cake and pulling of the competition as a whole. My husband treated me to a new Christmas tree last year and 7ft pre lit one. We purchased a last minute temporary one 20yrs ago for £15, it was the best tree ever! I only have two now one for the lounge and one in the bedroom. Tell Justina well done!
I miss the moors. There was only 2yrs difference between my nephew and I and have fond memories of running on the moors playing Kathy and Heathcliff. Unfortunately he passed away at 16 and I still think of him every morning I wake and every night before I sleep 39 years later. I managed to get out this afternoon it was lovely to blow the cobwebs off.

I wish Eve’s mom a speedy recovery and a safe hospital stay. Pudneys country park is a nice walk. I do apologise if I’ve mentioned it before, my medication has a terrible affect on my memory and thought process. I don’t think I’ve ever been to Rotherham. Cute rat, vermin but necessary.
Glad she had a nice day. That slice of cake would take me 2 days to eat it! It’s my mother in law’s birthday today and we have just planned Bridlington again for tomorrow and booked a table at our favourite restaurant. Well it’s my favourite really but she loves and thinks that much of me, and she knows I will eat something there. So fingers crossed it’s not too rainy. The photos of baby Justina are adorable. She has grown from a cute baby into a beautiful lady🤍 Take Care.
I really must try to get to there. I used to go quite frequently in my teens. Looks like it has changed somewhat. Again merry Christmas 🤍🎄

Nan put on a lovely spread. If you don’t put out another video before Christmas I wish you and your family a blessed and happy Christmas 🤍🎄
Thanks. All the best to you and your family too. Take care.

@@Felicity2121Amazing….. and you see such property for sale for years sometimes because the sellers won’t budge on their price.

I bet the students haven’t moved so quick in an age.😂🎄 I didn’t realise Leeds uni was so big.

@@Felicity2121Yes that’s my mother and father.
I bet it took an age to put all those up. Nice to see a child reading and all cosy. My heating has been on 24/7 it’s so cold.🎄

I’m impressed that boat made it! Save the tree 🌳🎄
She makes a good Audrey Hepburn. My favourite film is breakfast at Tiffany’s.🎄
Hope Alice enjoyed her show.🎄 I could do end of day and give them to the homeless. What a good idea!

That tree wouldn’t see a week in my garden! Olive trees are expensive, I looked at one a couple of years ago.
Some lovely things. I bet it’s hard work settling those stalls up.🎄
Chicken dinner for us tonight and a plate for our elderly neighbour.
It has been dreadfully cold. I hope the homeless have somewhere to go.
It was lovely to see some snow. I didn’t expect to stick.

I love the house with the bridge. The new house is remarkable but I prefer older properties, more features and better built.
We have the same flooding problems here in the Philippines
You got the model pose girl 🤍🫶🏻
Well done. Some interesting varieties there.
The decorations came out lovely. I love the light up bauble.
How interesting. My MIL worked at Marks & Spencer’s for many years, her staff discount is amazing!
I have been there a couple of times for some much needed reflection.
Of course it’s nice it’s CAKE 🙄 anything that’s bad is nice😔
Happy belated birthday Stephanie. So sorry for being so late, I’ve been so ill. Hope you got everything you wished for 🤍🎈
Thanks for your kind words. Hope you are feeling better.

It must be 15yrs or more since we went to the lakes. Unfortunately it’s not suitable for me anymore.
Most of the hotspots seemed too busy as it was half term but it was a pleasant drive to stop off at the quieter bits on route.
I hope Mary got her sandwich. Happy travels! I remember as a child watching the water turn into different colours from the carpet mills.
Yes she certainly got her sandwich !
Looks like they had fun.
I haven’t had a trifle in years. Autumn 🍂 is the very best time of year. Clocks back soon!
Looks a nice place to stay for a short trip.

Rain don’t stop play with these builders! I’m sure the carrot cake will be lovely. I wonder who will win and what cake will win.
@@Felicity2121 Apparently Justina’s cake was voted the best.
Well done Eve! Keep it up girl 😂
The Christmas fun fair is amazing! I would love that. My tree will be up on the 1st November.
Job well done.
Excellent choice with the lemon muffin 😋 I bet Mary could do some drawings like that.

I love the Christmas displays in garden centres. It gives one an abundance of ideas.
Let’s hope everything goes to plan.
