I set up my GoPro to capture the hummers feeding on our window feeders. Enjoy!

I live close to the Gap. You captured the dark stranger (according to local folklore) around 10:02. First time I've ever seen him on film.
What time of day did you do this drive? What time of year was it? We are just finalizing our plans for our trip and we’re hoping to do this drive with our kids this coming Thursday (April 6th, 2023). We have kids aged 8 and 11 who can’t do that whole hike and the expense and logistics of taking four people on various modes of transportation is just daunting. We were thinking about showing up at like 7am and driving south and leaving the gap from the south and driving back around east and north into Killarney. Does this seem doable? There seem to be so few hikers and other cars you encounter. We are hoping to have that experience as well!!!
Thanks for the question. That would be a good time to go. We were there in May. I believe we started the drive at around 8 in the morning. This allowed us to take it slow and take in the beauty.
@@OddsandEnds96 we actually did it this morning! It was incredible. We hit Kate Kearney’s House at about 7:30am and saw half a dozen hikers the whole way and maybe 3 cars total. It was surprisingly windy which made the narrow passages a little trick but we took our time. Thank you!
Anyone know what that first piece of music was called, and who the artists are?
This beautiful music is entitled "Magh Seola" performed by Ger Fahy. You can find all this music on the album named Celtic Earth. We saw him perform live at the Trad On The Prom outside Galway Ireland. www.tradontheprom.com/performers/meet-the-musicians/gerard-fahy
Beautiful, thank you!
Glad you like it!

Danke für das Vibeo ,da kommen Erinnerungen zurück. Bin 2019 im August auch durch das Gab gefahren ,es ist so wunderschön . 💚☘
I'm glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching.
We were just there last week! And I didn’t take enough pictures because we’d just arrived in Dublin, took a bus to the train station and then the train to Killarney (all on very little sleep!) lol Thought I should enjoy it again while I was more alert 😜 Thank you for sharing!
💚🚗👌
That first song got me. I am crying. As a former hospice nurse I'd like to think transitioning was this beautiful for most of my patients. Peace, tranquility, and beauty is what I wished for all of them. Thank you to the hospice families for inviting a stranger into the most intimate time of your lives. Thank you to all of my patients without families who allowd me to be their family until the very end. 💜🌻
Thanks for posting this, it brought back memories from our visit in June 2019. Amazing scenery!
You're very welcome. It was truly a memorable experience.
I just wanted to share I shed a little tear. Yes, I am quite a dramatic person, but this was GOR GEOUS! Ireland is so beautiful and I cannot wait to visit that country one day. Thank you for sharing!
No telling how many times I listened to your one video growing up 😂
I am truly glad you enjoyed the video. Ireland is a beautiful place. The Gap of Dunloe is a hidden gem. One that a video cannot demonstrate the real beauty. It was an emotional experience for me as well. Thanks for sharing how you felt.
I cried like a baby and reminisced about my hospice patients. It's okay to be a weeping willow. I was that way as a child..
@@shelbyesters5732 Haha it's still my one video! 😂
I thank you very much for taking us there :''
It was my pleasure.
Enjoyed the ride, just beautiful. Thank you.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
Happy St. Patrick's Day 2021!
