As a VG main and fan, i can easily say, she needs more than just a nerf, i did not even feel the "nerf" they gave her.

Personally, the only fun I have thats related to Jorm is the feeling of relief I get from muting my game audio so I dont have to listen to his constant meth addled screaming.

Played new castle when he first dropped and to me he was ok (wasn’t much of a support main) but I’ve just come back to apex this season after a 1 season break and I’ve actually learned how to properly use him and he’s been my ranked main so far this season 😂

i do agree with you in the sense that he is a really good legend and he getse the job done well. but there is a reason rn why he isnt used more, his ult is one dimensional and only useful maybe mid game and mostly endgame. hes not viable in comp for the most part since his wall can get in the way and he isnt useful other than that his res is good but imo too weak without gold knock. and his tac Q is good but imo is too weak, not worth it. i mained him for abit over s17 and got 400 kills or something. hes decent.
