Ellesmere port shithole
Lived there for 30 years moved out 💩hole
Chester is shite also 😂😂
Some fantastic and friendly people there, ignore this crap.
I left in 1969. it was sliding then,- and when I visited in 1978 the slide had continued. I pass through most years now, even have a nostalgic walk( through the park and bottom end where we lived) most visits as it still draws me but oh how sad it all is. Bright side is the 3 Facegroups for the school and Port keep the memory of how it was alive for me
2024 half these pubs are knocked down and even poundland has had enough
Lived here 17 years 😂
This is really funny and I come from Ellesmere PORT, but the sad thing is that you're describing ANY town in the UK, not just Ellesmere Port
it is a shithole thanks to the socialist council
I left 50 years ago but still miss the amazing people! Maggie Thatcher and the Cons have a lot to answer for! I was one of the lucky ones- I grew up with an excellent education system and health care system. Lack of hope can do terrible things to people!
So still looking for 1. good reason to live there ?????????
To sum it up if you drive through it don’t blink because you will miss it
E port shit hole
i would sooner knit myself a coffin out of horse hair, and bury myself alive, than live there!!!!
10 reasons to live there.i could give a million reasons to leave.i walked away 40yrs ago,BEST thing i ever did...
Will you give at least 6 please. I have lived here for a very long time, moved here from Liverpool. I feel it's time for a change.
the place is awful
Sums it up like but I do love my home town on the wezzy. But don't think I could go back. Do miss it sometimes though.
i used to live there
Hilarious!
i liove right behind mcolls lol
THIS IS ALL FACTS
Like most Northern industrial towns it has its problems, drive 3 miles in any direction from the town centre and you'll find plenty of affluent houses and areas surrounded in beautiful countryside!! So as the saying goes never judge a book by its cover!!👍👍
I live thereee since I was born born in Chester hospital
#CountessOfChesterHospital!
ok
Im sad :( where are the restaurants coffee shops bars etc? No downtown? A mini one? I'm reconsidering
I know this is old and my reply is useless but Cheshire oaks is great for restaurants and coffee places
So trying to move to this place due to my bf living there. I mean ... seems like a big difference then living in Miami :(
Born in the port. I now live in London, but I would choose the port over miami any day, been to miami apart from the weather over rated
Are you fucking serious? I'd choose Baghdad over the port 😳
Lol don’t tell me you moved to the port , it’s worse than hillbilly’s in America a absolutely shot hole imagine moving from Miami to here look
I lived there for 3 years and this video sums it up nicely!
Prosecco swilling, Love Island watching Chester ferrets
Ellesmere port in a nutshell
As someone who grew up in Ellesmere Port I can confirm all this except for the transport one. Merseyrail (or Miseryrail or Merseyfail, whatever you want to call them) make getting the train anywhere an absolute pain.
It's really like this. The street theatre is always worth a watch.
