1992 Spring High School Band, Finals Competition
As Westfield band member, I was pretty sure we deserved to win state in 1992, but Spring was cleaner both in music and drill that night. Much respect to you guys. You had an amazing class of musicians and I was privledged to know a few
Agreed! They were fantastic that year, and even better in 1993. Hard to admit, but they were 4 to 5 points better than Westfield in 1993. In 1992, they had a better final run visually. Westfield Trumpets, 1992!
Wow 😯 the school has changed a lot
haha
Spring was extremely good back in the early to mid 90's when Bill Watson was there.
have any idea who did the drumline? awesome writing and the tuning sounds awesome.
I knew that info back then... I can find out if you want.
That would be cool
@@rolandbotello2028 Gregg Rinehart was the percussion director for Spring in the early 90's. Key Poulan arranged the winds and Brian Mason arranged the percussion book.
My wife was a performer in this show. Our son is a senior now in the Spring Band. The UIL district is a really good one. There are some fantastic musicians performing throughout it.
BEBE DOESN'T HAVE A VV
Thanks for uploading this multicam footage! I'm a current member of the Spring band and this is by far my favorite Spring High show I've seen, and my favorite in general. I've seen the tower cam view but I've never seen this view. Thanks! :)
