It's funny that people keep trying to compare Mana crypt and sol ring. Sol ring has a Mana cost and NEEDS luck to be drawn turn 1. Sol ring is more than a commander Staple and will honestly ruin the game if banned. If there is only one OP card, it's should at least be the one with a Mana cost smh🤦‍♂️.

They just need to make an EDH list and cEDH list. Otherwise, it’s going to turn into the Thunderjunction Wild West in the format. They’re printing cards specifically for commander and creating crazy fomo for them (Jeweled Lotus) then banning them. These aren’t decisions made overnight, they were planning this for a while, at least around the Commander Masters set last year. Why create a set and reprint high value cards to ban them and ruin the players’ pockets and investment? Makes proxying more viable as they do not care what put our hard earned money into.

this deck im super excited for, she seems more open bones compared to the rest, and looks like she can be tuned into a really horrific deck to play against, easy add ins for me that I've purchased, scroll rack, sensei divining top,greater auramancy, Meat hook massacre 1+2 , copy enchantment etc... with some control pieces like - Drannith Magistrate to soft lock and slow everyone down. while queen pops off.

The guy with one horn is Venger from the '80s cartoon. The guy with the firesword is Warduke and the caster might be the sorcerer Kelek. Those 2 did make an appearance in the cartoon as well. If I remember right, Warduke was either one of Gygax or Arneson's characters. And know I'm not talking about Mordenkainen who was Gygax's wizard. Pretty sure I remembered all of this correctly. :D

The march set was a massive failure when it came to lore and story telling it was cut short I felt like they should have one and have survivors trying to cure the worlds.

I'm loving this set so far! I opened a play booster box yesterday, pretty average pulls, but I had to stop and admire the art of just about every card. I think that even if a lot of cards won't see regular use outside of themed sets, collectors are still going to be all over these for the art alone.

Wow, adding a 2 mana tax to anything from exile is really good against the Discovers and Cascade. Really good against red and green. And the double plains rabbit is nice to catch up with green players.

Nice video! I have to wait for a while more for mine to arrive (shipping starts April 26 in the EU :c) But I've built a deck for 14 and I can't wait to use it! It's absolute jank though xD I wanted to avoid filling it with only Shapeshifters (but I allowed myself Morophon for the cost reduction when casting Doctors). Clara is my commander (to get Black and to hopefully copy some Doctor abilities), and my entire set-up is to kill/sacrifice/mill as many Doctors as I can ASAP, to then mass revive them for Gallifrey Stands (or, if that fails, to have the Doctor's mass-attack someone with Jodah on the field or with a 'Reverse the polarity' unblockable effect)

Ngl, the toymaker seems like the best one to build. I like the 14th doctor as well. Just gotta see how to actually build him.

Displacer kitten also works as you can cast capsize, blink the coveted jewel, draw 3, tap coveted jewel, bounce coveted jewel, and do it twice as fast. you can also use Blind Obedience to extort each time you cast capsize and Coveted jewel for 1 damage across everyone for infinite life gain, infinite damage, infinite mana, infinite card draw, and you cant be drawn out as you can respond to the disp. kitten trigger by wheeling with everything out of your hand, then after the wheel resolves you get coveted jewel and capsize back in your hand again to continue.

less annoying but game winning combo: Legion Loyalty gives al your creatures Myriad. Building with mill and entomb effects place Underworld Coinsmith, Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond in the yard. When Anikthea swings you will get the attack trigger + 2 ETB triggers, bring all 3 back to instantly win.

Hell yeah, a game play video! And the overhead shot is bangin! Editing because seriously, this is some next level stuff right here. We got the cards played on the screen, great camera focus, improved audio, the whole deal. Combine all that with the solid banter and this is really good stuff.

I think this might be a gamble secret lair... gamble for the "secret" card that it is a crazy hit. I'm on the fence about it still.

the biggest new complete secret lair set ($440ish buy in) has like $150 worth of cards in it. Total rip-off. But hey, if you like the art, buy it. I'll be buying a few singles for waaaaaay less on the secondary market. You're paying for the marketing and licensing.
