      @@Muscleopolis Another thing is, start with calisthenics. It helps with so many issues that I can’t name them here and best part is, calisthenics is flexible. Can’t do a push up? Do wall push ups and work your way down. Can’t do back bridges? Do short bridges and work your way up. It’s literally perfect. After you built some muscle, use the machine for isolated muscle training. The reason I suggest calisthenics first is because if you lose power during the weight machines, your ass is gonna end up like a hamburger in a crusher.

      @@Fugitive685 I concur; I'm 63 and suffered a heart attack in 2021; mind you, I was arguably living a healthy lifestyle already by eating a clean diet with regular exercise, and the cardiologist said: "We have no idea why this happened to you" I was stunned at how much capacity I lost. Remarkably, the cardiologist looked at me and said, "Do you work out?" I nodded my head with some disbelief because, in two short weeks, I felt like I'd aged 20 years. Then he said, "Work out as much as you want," But I couldn't work out! I was gassed! All that to prove your point..." Start with calisthenics," and I'll do you one better. Walk. That's all I could do. I started with walking and slowly got it all back like it never happened.

I use Midjouney primarily for images, chatGPT for scripting, and Elevenlabs for voice, although it's not quite that simple when crafting the final product. I’m often not getting what I envision, so there's typically a gap between my technical ability and various tools, but it's interesting and fun to learn. I'm an enthusiast at 63 who lifts and eats clean, and I have already unknowingly practiced numerous Stoic principles. Health truly is everything, and I hope to share that message here.

      If you were informed you would understand that TRT is essential as you get older. Disease processes and aging don’t increase because of the introduction of Testosterone but they increase due to the lack of it. You have it backwards, and age by appearance is a genetic factor. I find the people most against TRT are the least informed.

      @@mr.k5865 Check my comments elsewhere if you are willing. I've been transparent about my methods. I'm using midjourney to make these images, and getting 100% spot-on has been tricky. If I don't prompt some muscle, it looks even stranger (to me, at least). This is for motivation and entertainment, and yes, it's exaggerated, but its meant espouse an ideal. I'm on the same journey myself. I’m 63, lift 4-5 days, eat clean, and I have been unknowingly adding Stoic concepts to support my discipline for some time.

      He’s a composite character but I personally have done well at 63 without any extra help. I eat clean and lift 4 days. I don’t think there’s a magic formula other than diet & exercise. It’s simple but not easy. Showing up and not quitting - is essential.

      I'm 63 and a lifer too. I started this channel to motivate, although it seems to be freaking guys out. I'm making these videos to advance a fitness mindset. I use Midjourney to create the images. When I try to dial them back the characters look pathetic so the super hero look tends to prevail.       I won’t rule it out, but, total transparency, It’s just me, myself and I. Perhaps in the future, I’ll be able to venture into different styles and maybe even tutorials. I am 63 myself and work out regularly. I would love to build a community around a lot of ideas on this channel and/or at least promote advocacy for fitness as you get older. Mind you, I'm still learning how to do a lot of things from a technical standpoint. I started less than 30 days ago, so it’s hard to say what opportunities or what sort of outcome to expect.
