My family lived in casper from about 1914 to 1928 when the first group moved (half to to phoenix, half to LA)and the rest move to phx in 1932. My grandma talked about casper and t he Becklinger builder. Her dad was the janitor of the building but if he was to inebriated she would clean the whole building. The girls in the offices knew this and would leave her candy and coins with notes that said for Kathleen. So she knew, she was to honest to take anything. She had a love hate relationship with casper. Mostly she hated the wind.
