Funny that they were going on about the "racism" thing and then Vinny mentioned taking his white colleagues to areas in town where "no other white folk could go"??? Seems it only works one way sometimes.

Good doc , Leeds under Revie were a hard act to follow , Wilkinson put his own stamp on the team but dropped a bollock when he let Cantona go to Man U , Eric had the flair that could have made a good team great.

Man Utd Fan - It's odd how Howard Wilkinson is never mentioned when there is a discussion about great managers but to think what he did in a relatively small period of time is amazing, the team he assembled and then rebuilt, what they achieved and just how rapidly they achieved so much success

What an embarrassing club. Worked there between 2013-2018 and no one mentioned Leeds United once. Closed a stand when they were in League One. A city of a million people with one team and they can't fill a tiny ground

I`m a 53 year old Man U fan and I despise Leeds and I was going to stop watching but glad I didn't. Great documentary and thank you Howard and Leeds for Le King , the maestro ERIC CANTONA. Thank you made Man United great.

Leeds were unfairly labelled with the 'racist club ' tag really. Yes generally there was a lot more of it about back then, mainly through ignorance, which is still not an excuse. But the fan base was no more racist than any other football clubs, but we were targeted in greater numbers by the far-right thugs of political parties like the National Front, British Movement and Combat 18 and the like. Who targeted Leeds with their right wing leafleting, fanzine, papers and other racist propaganda. Trying to stir up hatred and create scapegoats in times of high unemployment. The mainstream and even the football media then ran with the narrative that Leeds were racist and to blame for all the hooliganism at games, which was a fit the tag 'Dirty Leeds' gained from the Revie Super Leeds era of being a battling,hard tackling and grinding out results when we needed to. Cloughie even accused Leeds of cheating and weren't worthy Division One Champions because of our hard hitting football. What im saying really is, if thrown hard enough and often enough then 'mud sticks' ..... But we're Dirty Leeds and we don't give a f*ck ! MOT

Absolutely brilliant incite of the time. Sounds like Howard had a bit of the Revie attitude and viewpoint. Leeds fans have always loved a battling, hard tackling, unified, leave it all on the pitch win or lose team.. above everything a player must be 'loyal' and know they're playing for the fans, club and the city before themselves.. Followed them round the country from London including Cantona’s debut away at Oldham. Great to see the players thought that 4-1 away win against Villa was pivotal: loved seeing that game from the middle of the Leeds fans away. Leeds away fans great to be on the road with. Thanks for the video

I always remember Leeds coming to Goodsion and beating us 3-2 on what I think may have been either the opening day of the season, or at least Everton's first home game......I was about 10 years old, and I just happened to wear our Yellow away top ...which was the same colour as what Leeds were wearing, so I kept my kept my jacket closed. Main memory was Big Nev having his protest at half time.

Not a mention of Gary Kelly. Who combined with Strachan to win many games. Ridiculous. Hope they had a good reason to omit his blame.

Iam a Liverpool fan and I was in the Kop that day and we all went on the ale when Leeds won the League ,Man u were sick that day so that will do for me ,plus Leeds deserved it and Mick Jones was my mums cousin so that added a bit so well done Leeds and for me they should all ways be playing at the top cos they are a big club and one of the boys
