Ive been dealing with a PAL for almost 3 years now, despite 30 year of experience as a critical care PHRN /Paramedic, definitive evidence on CT scans and audible air heard hy many providers coming from the base of my right lung post hernia operation, my doctors gaslight me and tell me there isnt anything they can do until the large bleb in the apex of my right lung becomes a full blown pneumothorax. 😢 A chest tube would save my life but my providers want me to suffer
