Hi Dee, I’ve been following your journey but have been a silent watcher up to now. I was diagnosed with HER2 invaisive ductal carcinoma in October 2020 I had 6 months of chemotherapy, radiation, surgery and herceptin injections. I had very similar side effects as you, I was left with pretty bad peripheral neuropathy which I’m taking amitriptyline for which does seem to help with the burning and pain. I tried to go back to work 18 months after my diagnosis but unfortunately I just couldn’t cope. I was recently diagnosed with chronic fatigue which was brought on by the toxins which were pumped into my body and also the trauma of the diagnosis. My life has changed completely and I am learning to live a different kind of life, I will never be the same person I was pre diagnosis but I am happy and grateful every single day to still be here for my 2 grown up sons aged 24 & 28. Good luck with the rest of your treatment and recovery 🩷

Girl ... I know how you feel with the hay fever! I cannot stop sneezing and I am staying inside. My face is dry due to all the washing. Ask Mum for some tips. You know she has suffered bad, in the past. Stay strong, plenty out there praying for you n I, for one, knows the Good Lord will keep you! Don’t even start when I go shop and look at what I paid and what I got I am shocked. When I first moved back here in 2021/22 the food was more affordable I could get a lot for £50!

I am a "pink sister" and I can't remember anything. I am older so it can be frightening. Add neuropathy, joint pain etc., YIKES! My treatments are done and I just take a hormone blocker. Happy Birthday, a bit late! 🎂 ❤ 🙏 🌹 💜

Don't bother with bio oil it's not good not something one shud put on their skin find something organic

Also get yourself some organic chicken/meat much better less chemicals and medications given to animals treated better too ❤

Congratulations on finishing chemo! You amaze me. I couldn't do all those trips to the hospital. Thank God I was able to drive. The walking and heat would have knocked me out! Hopefully you'll get a little break in between. Sending hugs. 💜✌🌹🙋

This is the first time I am seeing your vlog. I am a 3 year breast cancer survivor. I remember those days of appointments, treatments, surgery etc.. I didn't think I could make it through, but cancer made me stronger and it made me realize what's really important. I am going to follow your vlog. Sending prayers, hugs and good vibes. 🙋💜✌🌹

I can imagine it’s so hard especially for a foodie! That would be a struggle for me. I love my food.

I don’t understand the general public do they need a huge sign saying ‘ I am going through this give me a seat’ it’s very frustrating!

Get yourself some natural/organic skin care products the chemo will make your fingertips and toes go numb and or have a weird sensation and that might just stay that way afterwards because the chemo does damage your nerve endings and leave you with peripheral neuropathy it’s an feeling like you’ve been shocked with electricity which it is but because you now have damage to the nerves the electrical impulses that go thru your nerves now make a hop and jump which gives you that sensation, not nice
