Total Hillclimb CARNAGE - 36 degs Celsius HOTTEST ride of my life.
I really enjoyed making this video. Laughing all the time while editing it. Had a great ride with Tom and solid learning experience on the loosest surface ever on the hottest day ever.
XRV750 and Tenere probably only ADV bikes that can survive such abuse.

Very nice route and difficult. This dry and hot landscape reminds me a lot of Greece.I agree with the decision to buy tenere extreme
Where is that place?

Rather hot and sweaty fun😂 Good effort. Where is this?
@@NK-dl2nc Cyprus Bro. Have you been? It's lovely for riding between October and April. But I ride all the time anyway lol
There's a limit what you can do in the heat. Saw 110* degrees in Utah riding the TAT and it totally drained my energy. Tom needs to get a XTZ 750 Super Ténéré.😁
Hey man... thanks for your comment. Well Tom and I are more likely to get the new Tenere Extreme. Its the perfect ADV bike in both our opinions.
Hey Bob! Really awesome Video! It looked really challenging, yet fun at the same time! Would be happy if i could ride these cool dirt roads wih my RD07a. Greets
Ωραίο βίντεο φίλε μου σε ευχαριστούμε
Nice. I live in the US and recently found and bought a 93 RD07. Your vids are fun to watch.
RD07 yeah baby. Thanks for the comment. Makes me keep doing them 😊
Itchy boots is an arsewhole. The last person you show "Girl on a Bike" I would not consider her an adventure rider adventure riders wish they could be her.
Great job Bob 👍 The video & the new sound recorder worked really well together and yes the chin mount gives better coverage 😎 Next to try I think is video frame rate, maybe up it a little as it seems to get a little glitchy in random parts but it was towards the end so could even be the battery running low but anyway something to think about bro 🤛 all in all you did a great video so we'll done 👍
Hi Bob, looks like you had a great ride out with a mixture of terrain great fun 😎 loved the front wheel camera angle looked pretty cool 👍 are you using insta 360 for your rides out shooting?
Hey man.. Thanks for the comment. I use a gopro hero 8 black. Sometimes I take the time to move the camera around. Ideally I'd have a second camera to switch things up a little
@@BobOdogwu Your welcome Bob and yeah looks like your enjoying making movies so we'll done and good on you bro 🤛😎 once I get my bike back on the road I'm looking forward to doing the same as yourself but I'm always in the middle of choosing a good video camera and especially for our climates....I hear so many say the go pro overheats, have you experienced any of that with your 8 black?
@@AfricaTwinAdventuresSpain Its actually quite enjoyable. I am getting pretty good at using capcut to edit as well (this is the real work lol) My gopro8 black gets frighteningly hot at times but as long as I am moving, the wind keeps it cool enough to operate properly. I plan to get another used one. Also gonna get the X1 Hoverair drone. Then my vids will be on a whole new level LOL.
@@BobOdogwu yeah Bob, many say the work is in the editing but at least we'll be learning something new which is also 😎 thanks for the info on the GoPro I think I'll be buying one sooner than later as prices will continue to drop due to competition also 😎 I was looking at the Hover Air drone recently but I'm thinking to wait for their next version as this one follows you automatically but very slow from what I've read so surely there will be a faster one on the market soon I hope, that would be awesome 👍
Can it be sold?
Of course :)
Would you recommend for first bike?
Im 5'10" btw. 😊
@@DohanyTamas for mostly onroad and very light offroad use sure. If you can get a cheapish one in good condition you will have a reliable first bike. But if you are planning to become really good at riding offroad then I don't recommend it. Instead go with something much MUCH lighter to start with and then test a heavier bike offroad before deciding.
@@BobOdogwu Thank you for your reply, it was helpful
I like that bike
Hi there. I see you are in Cyprus now. Riding an RD07 also. Drop me a line if you fancy riding. Also going to ABR this year to see A Reimann.
Excellent videos, where are you based? i am in Cyprus and the terrain looks identical.
That ain’t no small bike either
Hey what YSS you have in the XRV ?
Hello ... here you go - MZ456-385TR-15 Mine has a stiffer spring for my weight.
Its a only pipe.. thats why is great sound like that🤌🏽😀
Hahaha... you are right.
But it’s a pretty pipe. Bike looks in great condition.
Nice route. Is it Akamas from the Pafos side or Pervolia?
Thanks! It's from Perivolia [ish] to Alaminos.
Beautiful scenery!
great vid, great bike , great sound , great terrain, love the freedom and you ride well , atb from a tranny owner
Love it, that's the spirit ❤
Non sono strade da fare con una moto da 250kg....
Thanks for watching. Although it's 218kg wet weight. And a big enduro. Tarmac is boring. 😂
mad man !
Круто Я на своей так далеко ещё не заезжал 😊
Did a good job in that hill recovery. You also have the option to put the bike in first gear and modulate the clutch instead of the rear brake (in case you want to have both boots on the ground). That hill looks like it needs a more aggressive rear tire and plenty of momentum to get at least to half way up. I'd also stand on the pegs while doing it. EDIT: from the last shot it seems that your rear tire is ok for the job. It looked like a 70/30 tire from a different angle.
Que más se puede decir
Nada
Josh almost had a close call on that mound 😂 hes a good rider though so he managed to save it
He's a decent rider
Amazing riding! Got a RD04, going to do the ACT Pirineus in a month, you are inspiring me to record it :)
It's addictive this vlogging stuff.
Love the montage
Appreciate the encouraging feedback
looking good Bob!
Nice one! Appreciate it
Great bike of choice, that bike will take you wherever you can take it, let us see the track you are covering?
Thanks... good feedback. I will include details on the trails and routes in the future.
Great video, great tracks , looking forward getting my twin out over the next few days
Have fun!
Eeew... thought this was a video of your vid/sound setup... as the title indicates.. but not.....only thing was the tires.... I have tried that combo, but for me it Pirelli Scorpion SRT Rally... all day long... just saying ..... ;-)
Hi bob how are you ? What IS the Brand of the seat ? I am searching for a Seat type rallye
Hey Man. I am doing great thanks. This seat was made custom by a local upholstery shop. It uses the original seat base but there is new taller foam with a soft top layer. The seat is now flatter and about 5cm taller.
@@BobOdogwu hi thanks a lot Bob ok I will check on internet. Thanks a lot
Odogwu 💪🏾
Great video, I have the same mix of tyres on mine… have you carried out any suspensions mods ?
Hey yes I have progressive springs with 15w oil upfront and a YSS shock with a stiffer spring in the back as I'm a heavy boy at 100kg
@@BobOdogwu Great, thanks… yes, I am a similar weight. Brilliant, good info… I see you have ABR and TRF stickers on it. Do you live in the UK ?… or shipped the bike out there.
@@bellomotorcycleslimited5011I lived in the UK before moving out here to Cyprus. Bought the bike here though I got the stickers at ABR last year. I won't be able to attend this year 😢. How about you.
@@BobOdogwu Hi, ahh, that makes sense. Yes, Uk based, and attending the ABR this year, it’s a great event,

great that you left the engine sound loud enough! I like it :)
Yeah thanks. Playing with this whole video editing stuff. Fun!

Off-road paradise! Not a single cloud in sight. Awesome vistas. The AT sounds like a T7!🔥💪🏽 Interesting choice of tyre combos on the 2 ATs with the Heidenau Scouts on the rear.
Much deeper note than a T7 :) BTW both T7s are on Pirelli Scorpion Rally fronts and Motoz Tractionators rears

The model is MZ456-385TR-15. I have a stiffer spring than standard on mine as I weigh 100kg. I'd say anyone above 90kg should upgrade the spring.
