Dear Friend, Thnak you for such wonderful rides. I extremely enjoy such rides because I view it on my desktop PC with large screen, so I relly feel as if I am in the scene riding with you and sometimes I pause to introspect a particular scene like a building, a specific construction, metal fence .... etc, including to look at lovely ladies walking at streets when I spot one Loooool. So I do really enjoy it and really feel as receiving a high dose of happy and spiritual uplifying Looool. Just FYI, initially when you stop at traffic light at 23rd street, back in 2019 till maybe 2021 there was a live streaming camera fixed on the building across the street from the deco art curved corner building which is Walgreen pharmacy nowadays, and that live camera was overlooking the main Collins Ave. and Rodney Hotel, as well as that Deco Art curved corner Walgreen building that was a supermerket back then, so I used to stare at the street traffic and people walkingby while drinking a coffee or just when I have empty times, and I extremely admired that Curved corner building at 23rd St. crossing ornamented with neon lights, as it brings back memories of the Chevy Belair 50s era Loooool. Enjoy your Heaven.

You passes through that residential tower that collapses maybe over a year ago, yes Champlain is its name, and it seems they are suporting it with heavy steel trusses at the street side as if they are concerned if it decide to fall not to fall toward the street, and it seems there are some steel tower rig at the ocean side where it eats the building in small pieces. Poor the ones who owns such an expensive condos for their losses except the ones who was not there and possibly have insurance. I am not conversant in buildings & housing requlations at your side whether it is mandatory to have insurance for such a property if its value is fully settled by its owners. I dont know but curious Loool. Take care. John
