I didn’t get what that door was at 3:10
A crew area. Sorry, Scott slurred those words. 😉 🤣
I just LOVE to be tracked, said no one I ever met. Why not use a tracking collar like on wolves? Even add a shock option to ease in the control of drunks.
Do you guys have videos of the shows?!
Honestly, I think the Beyond and any Edge class ship have a lot of dings. I think there's a difference with experiencing a performer in a small club vs. a concert hall. The Edge ship's public "lounge" entertainment areas tend to be large, like Eden, Martini Bar in the Grand Plaza and the Club. There's a lot of energy and music volume in the Grand plaza evening and nights and that goes directly up to Fine Cuts, Raw on Five, and Le Bistro. Then there's the curious decision to put smaller scale shows in Eden and the Club where both don't have the type of seating and views that work well for them. Then, if you liked some areas in the Solstice ships like the Ensemble lounge (I love it because it is the smaller club like environment with a quieter feel to it and swanky in decor), library, hangout, card room, and forward views Sky Lounge, they don't exist on the Edge. There's no secondary theater either even though the Solstice version isn't the greatest. No Quasars though that tended to be underutilized. So, I find the Edge ships skimp on music lounges. Crafts Social? The former Wine Cellars turned to Crafts Social is a larger space on Solstice and maybe has a better beer variety. It's more a sports bar than anything else on Celebrity. I won't go on about food. You should be able to get good food on any Celebrity ship but you don't always. It's not guaranteed and hasn't been for a long time on the line. Service is mostly excellent on all of them but up and down as well and that has little to nothing to do with the physical ship but more the crew and managers at the time of your sailing. However, specialty restaurants should have elevated service and it doesn't like that's often the case. I have some knowledge of interior design trends and the Beyond is a pretty trendy contemporary ship. So, it's very in right now. Eden has its fans, the theater is very tech advanced and the entertainment is elevated. If you're into suites I guess the Retreat area is nice. People seem to like it. I don't know as I'm not picky about staterooms (just want quiet ones). Edge ships in general could use intimate lounges and more public entertainment spaces inside of them. I'm not sure that'll be the case in future Celebrity ship classes but I hope it is.
I’m not sure I like the idea, I feel like it’s bringing back the 1st/2nd class divide
@MrLuke28 We can see what you're saying but it doesn't feel that way when you're in the Yacht Club. We get that feeling on some (not all) of the premium and luxury lines - where the entire ship is like the Yacht Club - but in our experience in the Yacht Club, it's not about being bougie. It seems to be mostly about avoiding crowds, faster and better service, better food without having to pay for specialty dining, included premium Wi-Fi, included premium beer, wine, and spirits, not needing to take out your sea pass card every time you want something, and more. It's also, honestly, about fewer children. Moreover, the children that are in the Yacht Club tend to be better behaved. But, of course, the children question is very subjective, which is why we don't recommend the Yacht Club to families who know their kids want to act like kids (which they have every right to do - they're kids!). It's not kid-friendly, to be fair. We'll also point out something in defense of MSC and the other lines that offer a similar experience: if the people didn't want it, it wouldn't sell. So, the "blame" (for lack of a better word) lies with the guests, not the cruise lines. There is more we could say about this, including historical differences from the days of class-divided ships to current-days ships, but it really boils down to giving it a try yourself. We suggest starting out with a 3- or 4-night cruise if you're uncertain. We hope you'll find that you agree with us - that the Yacht Club is worth the splurge. But, if not, that's fine, too. These are mega ships - they have something for everyone. Speaking of "something for everyone," that is one of the reasons we don't only go on premium and luxury lines. We find ourselves spending a great deal of time not in the Yacht Club, enjoying everything else that these ships have to offer - offerings that you simply cannot find on small ships. We like to wake up and head to a quiet breakfast and then maybe take a dip on a peaceful pool deck. But after that, we head out for the thrills, just like everyone else. When we get overstimulated, we had back to the serenity. The balance is perfect! If you want to chat about your Yacht Club options, MrLuke28, feel free to email us. While we have associates that handle the actual reservations these days, Scott would be happy to discuss this with you personally, and oversee that you're taken care of in our signature extraordinary way. When you're ready for your extraordinary MSC Yacht Club adventure, email advisor@eacruisetravel.com.
I’m not paying anyone for the privilege of cooking on vacation, lol
Lol 😂
That carpet looks like it needs to be cleaned.
It looks that way on film perhaps, but it was clean. It's just the ship's gray decor. Not our favorite, but it appeals to some.
yesss ❤
Dude (and awesome Laura)! We are going to Sicily on Royal Caribbean in May! So good to see you two again. We need to meet up out there one day. I’d have booked with you if we were still in touch. Black Friday special… I’ll call you soon to say hi. Crazy finding you here on reasserting our Italy cruise shop trip.
Chris, email me. scott@eacruisetravel.com
Me too!!! Incredible beach.
Great info, thanks!

With such an important event, you want to make sure it's taken care of by a cruise expert. Plus, we never charge a fee to book and manage your cruise. Appreciate seeing 3 different staterooms all in one video!
(Close the toilet lid.😵💫)
Too many people in your video! I am sorry! And much too fast! Thanks for sharing! Though😊
Hi guys! Great video. Just booked stateroom 8130 (very close to your room in this video) and wondering how’s the soundproofing. Did you hear your neighbors talking? How about vibrations from the engine? Been reading comments about these issues in various forums and is a bit worried. Would greatly appreciate your response. Thank you!
Hi, @roaminreymon! Thanks for watching. 👍 Unfortunately, that cruise was almost a year ago now, and we don't remember any of those issues. We're honest reviewers, though, so if there was something that diminished the overall cruise experience, we would have mentioned it. Currently Team EA is on another cruise, but if you'd like for us to look into this more for you, please reach out to Josh at josh@eacruisetravel.com and transfer the booking for him to manage for you. He'll work tirelessly to help you avoid any pitfalls and make your cruise adventures extraordinary!
Will this still be on eclipse October 2025 does anyone know
Hello @lulabelle1674 Thanks for the question. One of our Celebrity Eclipse cruise experts will be happy to find that information out for you. Please email admin@eacruisetravel.com.
hi is the mini bar included in sh diana for polar expedition ? can we grab anything for free?
Hey, @danielfisher6401! Thanks for the question. One of our Swan Hellenic cruise experts will be happy to find that information out for you. Please email admin@eacruisetravel.com to get started with your extraordinary Swan Hellenic cruise adventure today!
How about just wanting to do a simple vow renewal? Any details on that. We are celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and im giving her a new ring. Are there options for this? Or even just maybe talk to the cruise coordinator to do some sort of renewed surprise wedding proposal. OH YEAH, THIS IS GONNA BE A SURPRISE. Any advise?
Hi, @guisseppebm. As far as cruise lines are concerned, there isn't really any difference between a wedding or a vow renewal, and they don't distinguish between simple or not simple. That said, there may be less expensive alternatives to what we did on our vow renewal (as discussed by Laura in the video). Please email admin@eacruisetravel.com if you haven't already booked your cruise. We'll be overjoyed to help you plan your perfect vow renewal cruise! 😍🛳
Y'all are FAB, especially enjoy the banter. Reminds me of me & my hubby! Thanks for a great tour.
Thank you, @robinescobedo9184! So happy you enjoyed the tour! 🛳👍😎
Do you offer rooms for singles or are the rooms based on double occupancy?
Hi, @shannondent7052. Thank you for the question. While Regent Seven Seas' suites are based on double occupancy, there are select sailings where we have reduced single supplement offers. For more information about these sailings, please email admin@eacruisetravel.com, and one of our Regent Seven Seas cruise experts will be happy to assist you with selecting one of these extraordinary voyages. Additionally, one of the sister brands to Regent Seven Seas is Oceania Cruises. Oceania Cruises offers solo suites. Either way, we'll be happy to help you find the best cruise for you!
@@cruiseandtravel thanks!
Hmmm. I am in the hospitality business, and I understand that a jetted tub involves a lot more maintenance. However, booking the Oceania suites on the Marina with our own private spa on the deck, and a large jetted tub in the master bathroom, were to me some of the highlights of our suite along with the separate media room, and I am sorry to see them go on the Vista.
We totally get that. It'll be a pros and cons game now. Which things do we value this time? But, it's often itinerary-drive anyway, so... Thanks for that input. We love keeping the conversation going. 👍🛳 Happy cruising, @laurihines300!
Love this video
How many people were in your tour group for Santorini through RC? I checked Cruise Mapper and it’s showing 4 ships on the day we will be there in June 2025. Is there a chance that more cruises will be added? Thank you!!
Hi @LoveBugXOXO. We're drawing a blank on the amount of people since that tour was nearly two years ago, but maybe around 20-25. Don't quote us on that, though. Anything is possible, but there is a limit to how many ships the port can handle. That said, we had more than 4 ships when we were there. The very next day, Seabourn was there alone with it 600 or so guests. The town must have felt like it was all theirs. That must have been nice!
Nice tour... thank you!
New sub here! We are on Enchanted Princess in October and booked in a suite. But I just discovered you can bid for an upgrade, which we did. We bid on the Penthouse Suite but won't find out if we won the bid until 2 days before the cruise. Fingers crossed! 😁 Really enjoyed your video!
great stream
How could you not show the shower in the Owner's Suite? ! I am sorry they took the 'starry night' lights out from over the soaking tub.
Would love to know about the excursion is it moderate, is it recommended for elderly?
Heading to the Mediterranean in a few weeks and are actually booked in cabin 10168! Great tour and know exactly what to expect. Thanks
Have a great cruise!!
So, the class is an assisted demo? How crowded did the actual classes get?
Hi, @truepeacenik! Thanks for the question. Yes, it was assisted, but for us, it was better that way. The crew helped make a beautiful gift for us to cherish. The classes require you to sign up in advance, so they don't get very crowded. Have you booked your cruise on the Equinox yet? If not, please reach out to us. We'd love to help you create an extraordinary Celebrity Cruises adventure! myextraordinaryadventures.com/find-the-best-cruise-for-you/
Movie under the stars is one of my favorite things to do on a cruise.. it's so relaxing!
@8:05 -- Just in case you didn't find out later, those are the doors for the 2nd floor of the Edge Villas. On deck 15 are the same stateroom doors as all the other cabins, and it leads to the main level of the room. Inside the room at the top of the steps to the bedroom/master bath area, there is the second door which is actually TWO doors. The door you saw is actually one of two doors (weather? noise?), with a "standard" stateroom door directly behind it. As an aside.. those outer doors are a battle after a few drinks from the retreat bar 😁
Thank you so much for the great explanation! 👍😁
Thanks and lovely presentation as usual.
Little confusing having people walking and standing in your room tour
Love both of you , we are going on the ovation in September. It would be great to catch thanks for your comments ❤
We love anybody who loves us, so right back at ya, James! 😍😉😂 Have a great cruise! 😎🛳👍
Good Video. Going on the Eurodam next year on an Alaska cruise. I cant wait. I have cruised on the Westerdam and the Zuiderdam so I am getting an idea of the different ships. Keep up the fun videos.
Thanks, Harley! Have a great cruise!! 😎🛳
Did they fix the sewage smell 😳 middles section 3rd floor?
We're going to be in room 14719 on our cruise this month! So exciting to see what it looks like from the balcony!
More recently, Gary Bembridge (Tips For Travellers) noted excessive noise through the walls in his suite. While not everyone on his cruise on the Vista noted the issue, the split was about 60/40 who did. If so, sad!
Sheesh y’all didn’t give any information about the excursion itself 🙄
Lovely suites! Loving the dark wood and navy! ❤❤
The ship is stunningly gorgeous! Wait until we book you on the Vista! You'll thank us. 😉😍
Laura is adorable! From this Laura to your Laura nice to meet you ;).
We don't think we've ever met a Laura we didn't like! 😉😂
@@cruiseandtravel that's so true! I have like every Laura I met.
Thanks for the tour. I went on the Eurodam to Alaska in July 2023. Loved the ship
She really is a special ship!
Does Celebrity Beyond have glass blowing class?
Nope. Just the Equinox. (As far as we know anyway. 🤔)
That's a feature of the Solstice class ships and no other class of Celebrity feature. But some of them have been removed and replace by a specialty restaurant. I personally prefer the glass blowing as it was a more unique feature to find on a cruise ship. It is currently available on the Solstice, Eclipse and Equinox (as of Dec. 22, 2024)
We’ve stayed in a signature suite and a verandah stateroom... our next trip we splurged on the Neptune suite. We can’t wait for the lounge perks!
When viewing the bedrooms maybe turning around once at the balcony to pan the room would've been nice to see the full bedroom view.
How noisy is it because of the magic carpet being there?
Thanks, it was informative and fun.
Hi… I enjoy your videos..we are going on both the enchanted princess, and the celebrity Beyond…dos you find one to be much better than the other?
We definitely prefer Celebrity's Edge series ships. The Beyond is extraordinary. We hope you'll have Capt. Kate while on board. 🥰👍
Too much grey for me😢
Us too 😉
(13 September 2024) This is the first video of Explora 11 i have viewed,I am surprised at the decor, it is entirely different to Explora 1. I'm trying to digest the colours, it's all so dark in my opinion, just about purchasing a cruise for next May 2025,food looks great,BUT????. Being a solo traveller a penalty of approximately £2000.00 is an added extra. This is going to take some thinking. Enlighten me please.
