Let's talk tactics:
Difficulty level: Medium - It isn't that hard when you know how to do it properly but you might need a few tries.
Objective: Without encountering Li Jue, defeat Li Jue's officers Hu Che Er,
Li Meng and Zhao Cen. Then defeat Li Jue and have the Emperor's carriage
enter any of the two lower branches of the western road completely unharmed.
Walkthrough: What you want to do is rush from the far eastern road towards Li Ju, but be careful not to trigger his dialogue ("Hey get lost! The emperor is ours!"). This is what you will hear if you get too close and that means you have lost. First you need to take care of his three officers, who should attack you on their own, so it shouldn't be much of a problem. Even if they don't, Li Ju will rush north with the carriage at some point, leaving you an oportunity to kill his minions. After you've killed them unspotted, rush towards Li Ju and kill him before he gets too close to the docks. Be sure to lure him away from the cariage before killing him, because if he hits it be accident while fighting you the item will be lost. As soon as Li Ju dies your top priority is to protect that carriage no matter what. As soon as 1 ememy hits it, you've lost. So clear the entire path along with the docks, and make sure that the carriage remains safe at all times. Playing on novice will also help a lot, since your foes will be less agressive. Difficulty doesn't matter anyways. As soon as the carriage reaches the docks unharmed, you should get the item.
Item spawn location: Northwest area, by the entrance to the lower right branch of the western road (basicly to the south of the docks).
Recommended gear:
- Like always I recommend to start on a horse, otherwise you might be too late to kill Li Ju's officers in time.
- Play a character with a good crowd controll, since you will need to protect the carriage from groups of enemies at once.
