Another excellent video! Thank you! I've got a request, IF you ever find the time... I'm a career auto mechanic and a 41 year owner of a 1981 TE71 2-door hard top 3TC US spec Corolla. I'd really like it if you could make a video for folks with street driven 3TC's about easy, reliable horsepower: what's realistic, what is durable, and where the power is hiding. Considering you build these wild race engines, I think you might be an authority on this subject. I also think it might expand your viewership. Thank you for everything you share! We never dynoed at the boost levels we are at now. If we had to guess, in the 750-800whp range

The Sakais on Kauai home built, tuned, and driven turbo 3TC Corolla 8.20 @ 165 MPH.
Hate to break it to ya! But nothing about the Sakais was home built and tuned. Maybe now, but Sean's yellow car was built in New Jersey, and Joel was the one who helped them along the way. We all get help from someone, so gotta get your facts straight, Bud!

@@psiracing They don’t have to fly people in to tune and drive their car. They don’t have one million people on the starting line when they run their car. Guys with money can just fly people in and make their cars go fast. Where’s the fun and challenge if you don’t even tune and drive your own car? Oh and i run an injector nitro rear engine dragster in California with a Brad Anderson Hemi, direct drive, clutch. Dual MSD Pro Mags, Waterman pumps, Automan injection, Electrimotion engine management. Runs 5.70s at 250 MPH. Not national level ETs but i have fun. I do all my own tuning, mix my own nitro, etc, etc. oh and i drive it.
I laugh when people like yourself make such an uneducated comment. The beauty in all of this is that we all do it because we want to have fun. However they run their race program, with however many people they want to have on the starting line is their choice. Sad when others have to comment such nonsense. Typical hater bullshit. And proud of you that you at least have your own drag car. Keep doing what you do and stop worrying about how other people run their race program.

Congrats bro very nice run. The track is not helping. That was a 7.99 pass but when you have to fight with the car and the track is very hard to get the right number. But it was great. 👍

Congrats to entire team especially billy 👍...the car sounded super with a fresh spare engine standing by that may be the ticket to the 7 second zone to bad for track condition but over all great outing and that was on the soft tune like you said Brandon the next time it going to be real interesting the 3TC record in the states is 7.41 182 mph....💯🤙🙂🙏🏁
