What about the screen connections? The screen isn’t broken but there’s a bad connection somewhere and none of the usual and non-invasive fixes worked. So we’re attempting to look inside.

I have this phone for more than a year, and I have punched the screen of this phone out of anger many times and very hard and I can tell you: it doesn't break. Today I tossed it in the air and punched it and well, the phone went screen flat against the wall and didn't break. I highly recommend this phone.
