I tried cooking with candles in a Coleman stove top aluminum oven (apart from stove, on a set of slate tiles on bricks). I baked muffins, which worked. While prepping the next baking item, the melted candle wax, still in the 9 metal cups, burst into flame, engulfing the oven, spewing black smoke and flames! Took some courage and quick thinking to open the oven and place a right sized pan on top to finally extinguish! It had seemed to be going so well, but we almost burned down our house! Very dramatic and scary!

It is only a Personal Portable Air Conditioner, not really a room cooler. It would cool the small tent at most 80 degrees. Directly facing you.

I bought myself a yeti 400 3 years ago and I use mine everyday for lighting, charging cell phone and tablet. I've also added 2 external batteries by way of the Anderson connections located on each side. Which I got through a company called power worx. Since I'm still living in an apartment, leaving a solor panel outside is not a wise idea. But I do charge my yeti from the wall everyday.

Could you check & see if your fans run when you turn on your AC-control button & stay on or do they kick on & off as temp rises & lowers. I’d really appreciate it if you could let me know. My fans stay on all the time when my AC is on. And only turn off when I turn off my AC. Thanks in advance.

Hi Byron, Last week my Goal Zero 1250 after 8 years of having it, I turned it on and nothing happened. About two years ago I replaced the battery with a Vmax SLR125 12Volts, 125AH Deep Cycle, Solar AGM Battery. With no issues, now it will not turn on, any ideas? I removed the battery and fully charged it. I checked the connection and everything seemed soild. I'm a retired Emergency Manager, and for the same reason you keep yours around, I do also. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx Mike!

I connected the GB40 to my 12v 200 watt inverter and the fuse in the inverter kept popping. I feel like I need a new inverter but I don't know which one to get ? any suggestions?

hello! all good? Have you tried testing by putting the Lifepo4 battery in the Yeti 400 and Yeti 1250? It would be good to see a video upgrading the AGM battery to LFP and whether it would work perfectly.

The factory heat in my car became very weak. $1500 for a new heater core. My solution to that: 2000 watt inverter attached directly to the battery....$195. 1500 watt room heater....$22. Heat restored!!!!

Do you have the Amazon link to the heater... I looked up using the model number on the box... Nothing showed up
