After much trial and error, I finally found this simple method. A 4-ingredient puff pastry that's easy to source and make every time. No special butter for puff pastry! By simply using regular butter, you can make puff pastry using this method. Easy and fast. Good luck and write a comment about the results 🙏

Salt 35 gr
Flour 1.200 gr
Butter 165 gr
