I’m running my X4800H in Pre Amp mode so internal amps are OFF and relays don’t work when setup that way.

Do you realize that what is on top of the X4800H is an Infinity Aircom T10 ? My X4800H never goes above 88 degrees!!

It's a fan on top with the purpose to cool the unit...

I have the same proplem between tracks or if I use rewind or fast forward a song. Its like a pop or click sound. How did it turn out at your receiver?

@@kokasam86 I have an ancho that does that spontaneously sometimes... I bought it used and I'm still figuring out why. I can tell you my hand is nowhere near the remote controlS, Also can say that I've assumed it's the broadcast signal switching away from a Dolby/listening 😮mode that I had it on previously. I hope this text string picks up elsewhere...

Correction: The noise came from the sub's relais, not from the Denon X3800H. Sorry, my bad.

My X4400H also makes this sound when it switches on the extra atmos channels but it never does that during a movie it's always before it starts and you swith from 5.1 or stereo in the disc menu to atmos. So it's not a issue for me. I guess this is something similar unless he is using eco mode or something

Can you explain please? Why would the AV receiver switch between Multi-Channel Input and Dolby surround by itself?!? And why would this involve a relay clicking? Which signal path is switched on & off here?

How do you compare the RZ to the 3800 in terms of sound?

@@iebooo0The RZ most definitely made sounds when switching modes. Not as loud, but it did. That said, I went through THREE RZ50’s in less than 8 months. Maybe they were better built when they first came out, but this “newer” batch of them are pure junk. As for sound, the Denon blows it away. The surrounds are much, much, much more engaging - louder, more immersive, better detail. And the center channel performance is night and day - I can finally hear dialogue. I would go Denon all the way. The RZ50 just simply doesn’t live up to the hype. Cheers!

I have an Onkyo TX-NR656 that does the same thing and it did sound to me like it was having difficulty determining the listening mode...so what you're saying makes sense. Although, Xfinity is the largest Cable TV provider in the USA - so I can't imagine they haven't figured this out...maybe the previous listening mode I was jusing needs to be switched back to basic Dolby Logic/Surround Sound?

My friend with all due respect I've seen 300 videos on TH-cam doing the same identical thing and believe it or not through my Samsung Galaxy note 10 in all looks and sounds the same it would have been nice if you would've made a video showing some of the low frequency hurts a room calibratintelligent you know things of that nature but no is the same stupid video with the same stupid song with 300 other subwoofers doing the same thing this proves nothing

I'm thinking of pulling the trigger on 2 F18 rhythmic subwoofers, it would be nice if someone would actually show us the numbers on these things and and give us an actual opinion But no everyone does the same stupid song and saying stupid video this is crazy

​@@MrVb66 Cool. I respect your point of view. It's just a video and not a measure of sine wave, THD, etc. I own Rythmik F18. It's good. Quality and fidelity wise.

It's a great subwoofer. I work for Rythmik Audio but I have listened to a lot of subwoofers from other speaker and subwoofers companies like SVS, JTR, PSA, Seaton Sound, HSU, JL Audio and REL, and none of them have the level of accuracy of Rythmik Audio subwoofers.
