    Great video, I'm about to do a similar 6' x 12' conversion and have been looking for ideas and your video, although 4 yrs old, has been very helpful and informative. I hope you folks are still enjoying your camping activities and living the good life with each other and your pup. All the best. John

    Oh my, 5 stars all around. Best use of space while wide open for the bikes. Quality unmatched compared to builds the same size. I guess I'll be referring to this video many times over. Well unless you live in the Cambridge/Isanti area and are willing to share ideas over a coffee or beer. So many ?s. Anyway nicely done,top notch

    fantastic work there on the inside of that, well thought out. every inch of that camper is used, I thought spare tire would rub ground, but in thinking about it, it's a "un-used" space & probably has plenty of clearance, also places the spare exactly where it's needed on the outside.

    Nice job! 30 gallons seems like a lot of water with no bathroom?

    This is a mini split heat pump, that works 100 times better than what you installed. Cooper & Hunter 18,000 BTU Ceiling Cassette Ductless Mini Split AC/Heating System with Heat Pump Wall Thermostat and Installation Kit.

    How much did it cost to do everything? We are trying to do the exact same thing to a 7'x16' enclosed trailer.

    Can you please explain how the folding bed legs don't fold up on you when you get on the bed?

  • @Canoecamper
    @Canoecamper ปีที่แล้ว

    That is an incredibly thoughtful and efficient build; you did a great job on EVERYTHING including the narration! I always look for great examples for my build and you provided many. Couple of safety suggestions: the toaster oven behind the stove burners means you potentially reach across flames to get to the toaster oven and second, you probably want to tie your shoe laces so you don't trip on them (could see that in a reflection 😂)

    I enjoyed your video, the fold up beds are just the trick, we also have bikes which was the main reason for buying the cargo trailer. Some TH-camrs make them into tiny house builds which is not what we want. What you have achieved is the closest so far for what we need. "new subscriber"

    I'm really interested in how you did the beds. We just bought a 6x12 and have been trying to figure out how best to do them. I love that your mattresses seem to be contained in a box. What did you use to keep from adding too much weight to the camper?

      I'm building something very similar - trying to concentrate on low budget, light weight. Inside is based around vertical e track. Nice job! I like the use of space on tounge!

    Now that you have had some time to use the trailer, any pro's con's of the instant water heater?
