hello friends, I come with a review. I play DUO with my brother and or my best friend. before we get to the break down the base is 8-2. The two defeats are a single offline and a single online. The online was 2 vs 13+ and even then it took them 45min and our compound was covered in bodies as far as the eye could see. Now of the 8 wins 6 where online and 2 where off to semi off (getting on 3 quarters into the raid). With this being said, in a online for its size it may be pound for pound of the best meta solo/duo snowball bases out there. Every peak has a use and if used well breaking through to a raid win is very very very hard. The respawns are strong and not in raid path, it uses imo my fav turret pods, enough boxes for all your loot needs, and the mobility is peak in and around the base. losing to a group of your size or even double is hard to not winnable for them if you know how to play. NOW for the CONS. This is by all means a snowball base, and on top of that a chad snowball base. If you play slow, die a lot on farm runs, don't have time for a wipe or can barely kill someone on a advantaged 1v1 then I would try another design. Its upkeep and mats are slightly on the high side, while everything is do-able and and worth every last bit of frags you need to keep a good tempo for it to be used to its fullest and made fast enough to matter. Like most bases it is very weak when being build and needs good enough players to hold it down while it is in its soft phase. With two gamers you can have the full thing built and kitted day one on a force but you gata have good tempo. Peaks mean nothing if you can't shoot well enough to kill from them. To those who can relate to what to what I have just said i would recommend the hermit by dust, small, easy to build, easy to upkeep, defendable, rp and noob friendly. I say these things with the up most love love for my rpers and noob amongst us, however it needs to be said because a lot of people fall into the trap of building a base not for their playstyle and struggle to either build or maintain it and get burnt out. All and all, 8.5 to 9/10. Amazing base.
