Whats the gap between the thing? is it same as with points, 0.4 mm?

The indexing mark on mine does not line up with the rotor..about 45 degrees off...did yours line up? If not what side of rotor did you put the mark?

Is it still working? I've been running a empi accu-fire for a few months now

So I ended up adding that washer back on after filling it down a couple mm

This fix works great and he is absolutely right about the top seals and where the water runs. Just drill some drain holes and seal it up with silicone and you're good. No more wet carpet

I just tried it on my 2003 Astro... hoping to keep it dry up here in Oregon.

What year is your Astro? Mine has a plastic trim strip to hold the carpet in place. I fixed mine with NP1 by master seal same gray color as interior. I removed the plastic trim strip cleaned up the old seal which had failed, masked off the area which I marked with a sharpie before removing trim making masking and seal application easier. The NP1 stays elastic and worked great.

The seal that goes all the way around is different than the one on my astro. Did you install that yourself? If so where did you get it? Im having the same leaking problem. Thanks for the video!
