A lot of people that met me post-2018 may not know this, but before I got tendinitis and decided I didn't want to play professionally anymore, I was a really good violinist.
8 years after initially posting privately and hardly sharing with anyone, I'm ready and am in a really good place to share my videos publicly. This is a huge step for me because I went through a big transition from being a pro to barely playing at all. It was a huge shift for me mentally and up until recently, when I talked about violin it was always with a lot of pent up emotions behind it because it was such a huge part of my life, and one of my greatest joys and gifts, but also something that brought a lot of physical pain and stress.
I wanted to share these videos with you, not because I'm looking for sympathy/praise etc. but because it is a big part of my journey. I would like to now to share with those that perhaps didn't get to experience me as a violinist, or who did and would like to relive it with me.
