Ultimate Workout Motivation Film
The mentality of doing something you don't like to do so that you can better yourself is the key to changing yourself as a person. It's impossible to see real change and progress without suffering consistently in some way. Whether that be in the gym, in the library, at your job, etc. My goal with this film was to hopefully inspire and motivate you to share this mentality and to have The Heart of a Lion in everything you do.
