Truly a blessing and pleasure working with a phenomenal woman who did her job willingly and dedicated to her job..definitely a beautiful soul
@TeeBlendz22 I think that comes across in the episode. Definitely one of our favourite guests!
Excellent. Al was great and if you haven’t seen his work …… find it, your eyes will be opened.
@jeremygoodchild9753 Al was excellent. His art draws attention to a very important but difficult topic - Mental Health. Think differently about people who think differently!
Such a well good put together analysis of the event.
@@pab777 Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it.
His mother would have been good to interview. It is indeed a mental health issue that normally only a spouse can see, everyone else only sees the symptom of; the car, the affair, the money. It isnt a dissatisfaction with their lives, but that is what they blame and change to avoid facing the real internal issues. The internal "shadow" of their grief. Mid life crisis is grief by those who arent emotionally mature. Grief of loss of a loved one, of youth, of self identity, of security. It occurs at midlife because that is when we lose our parents, kids move out, our health issues start, and our careers may shift. To those emotiinally unprepared it is traumatic to the point that the brain changes function as a defense mechanism. They have a loss of memory and skewed emotional response which causes them a lot of confusion so they create a different reality. A person in a mid life crisis is indeed several different people surfacing in one body, and only a spouse can see that. The young clothes, the pouting, and the wild purchases are all their inner children surfacing and distractions to avoid looking inward. The destruction ofv their lives and transitioning through all of the stages until finally facing their internal issues is what makes them become a different person. Not that their lives were bad, but because they couldnt cope with the internal trauma. A mid life transition and a mid life crisis are not the same thing.
T Shirt says it all. Your too old for a student pal. Seems to me lefty's have a loud nag..The toddler throwing toys. Un decided ERMM? Don't see alternative views with your vile view.Dave and Gaz completely rational and collective.
@pab777 Thank you for taking the time to view our podcast and add a comment. It enriches the experience for us.
When talking about this incredible phenomenon it makes no sense to compare peoples life long memories of something they saw or heard hundreds of times with tgeir memory of a one time car accident 😐 (eye witness testimony)
Thanks for the comment. But if you think about it, we're questioning influence on the memory. We understand the influences on the type of memory that you highlight.... but how do you begin to understand the influences on your core memories. Ultimately, they aren't carbon copies of what happened so it bares consideration. For sure they're more personal to you so you emotions are as important as the memory itself but as time passes, how much of that memory is exaggerated by the emotion and how much is what actually happened. Food for thought. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. @moneybags73
...also dude - if you ever want to come on the podcast to put us right, we'd love to have you on as a guest!

Helen Duncan was not the last witch of Scotland. She had nothing to do with witchcraft. She is the last woman to be imprisoned under the 1735 Witchcraft Act. One word was removed from the Witchcraft Act it was the word evil. What was done to my grandmother Helen Duncan at the behest of the British Government must never be done to any family again. For someone who has lived this believe me there is nothing funny about what happened to my grandmother. She was not arrested again. How sad your guest thought this funny. Go look up who Will Goldstone is and read his article on Helen Duncan. Your guest also made a point about Portsmouth and money because it was a port. Brigadier Firebrace head of Military Intelligence in Scotland was given information about another ship in Edinburgh. Dr. Williams was not Helen Duncan’s first guide. There is never any regard when these podcasts are done about the pain the family has endured. After thirty eight years of research she was genuine. If she had been a fraud I’d of kept my mouth shut. When I started researching my grandmother I was willing to let the cards fall where they may if she was a fraud I could accept that. She was no fraud. Helenduncan.org and on Facebook.

Be very lucky to find out who ever did that now almost 33 years ago massive long shot the killer might not even still be alive himself anymore
Very true. Highly doubt that it will ever be solved.
@@tallboyradio I think that will be another case that will stay on thee unsolved list unfortunately it was a long shot after 10 years nevermind nearly 33.......
Yeah I think you're right. It's a real shame that so little is known but by all accounts he was just a guy in the wrong place at the wrong time.
@tallboyradio yeah I know new evidence can come to light but I think with the majority of murders if they aren't solved in the first few years then more often than not they don't get solved at all there's alot more that don't than do let's put it that way
Very nice and inspiring
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.

Well good morning my good friends Gaz and Beans! Pleasure to make you acquaintance, Albert.
Hello good sir. Hope you're keeping well!
@@tallboyradio Trying to. May have to start calling ourselves “Small Boy Radio” with the loss of 120 pounds and counting. Sad part is, I seem to be “sicker” now than I ever was before. Diabetes sucks.
@brettmason9176 Not ideal. Well done on the weight loss, that's not easy.
Only caught about half the podcast, but it really shows how subjective music is… when someone can, with a straight face, claim that Van Halen (the cockest of cockrock bands) cover The Kinks songs better than the originals! 😳Yeh right, and Cannon and Ball did “Sometimes when we touch” better than Dan Hill.
This is awesome.. Thank you Ben and Tyler for the kind words. I played the officer and was nervous as hell but I loved every second of being on set.
From our perspective, we thought you were excellent. Great performance!
Best episode!

What a great guest you have today!! Jonathan is a terrific mate and beer reviewer! Good to see him on your program!
Yeah it was a pleasure to have him on. Won't be the last time!
I think studying magic you definitely become ultra attuned to spiritual energy and and tapping into other dimensions as a natural side effect, I honestly don't understand how you can be a witch and not be? I did really enjoy listening to some of the story's... the placebo effect is miraculous but in my opinion, not the the whole catalyst of magic...otherwise it would have no effect on unaware people who have magic used on them 🤫
Glad you enjoyed it. If you wanted to come on the podcast and share your perspective - we're always looking for new guests!!
@@tallboyradio thank you, it would probably take me another few incarnations of learning to add anything of real value 🤗 I tend to keep my magical workings and experimentation private 🪄 (hide all my tools in a nice innocuous pink chest of draws and my working pentagram under a rug) looking forward to more podcasts ✨✨✨
The American definition of a politician.... a person who acts in a manipulative and devious way, typically to gain advancement within an organization. It's expected that whoever you vote for does what it takes to benefit the voter? Pretty sure if take it all the way back to the Romans, you probably see similarities in behaviour.
hell yeah bro i love SugarDaddyFrodo top streamer big g

Haha. There's not too much monkey business in this one!
Well done Mark on sharing your passion for Crewe Alex, for being brave enough to share information about your personal struggles and how football , and in particular, some key figures at Crewe Alex have helped you to turn a corner and tread a healthier and happier path. We all know the trials and tribulations Crewe Alex have experienced in their long history. I completely get your views on the negative consequences that might arise from promotion up through higher leagues. Sport is competitive and so in my view, aiming for the top is, or at least should form a fundamental part of any individual’s or team’s mindset. If the team succeeds by landing somewhere near the top, then they’ve still done well. With Crewe Alex, there seem to be so many ‘ifs, buts and maybes’ which have seen them regularly see-saw between two divisions mainly. The issues around teams who sit at the top end of the football pyramid having access to more finance will hopefully be addressed as part of Tracey Crouch’s ‘Fan Led Review of Football Governance’. The Government have agreed to all the key recommendations in the report. It’s all sounding very promising.
Up the Alex ! I totally disagree with Mark . He's happy with Crewe not progressing and even having having ambition.. He's showing negatively unfortunately. Teams like Bournemouth who Crewe used to play year in ,year out have made the Premier league and I personally dream that the Alex will do it one day! I'm a season ticket holder too at Gresty Road and Best of luck to Mark in his battles with mental health but don't over think things ! ( that's my advice ). ALSO I TOO am a huge American sports fan.. everything from the NFL to college football and from baseball to the NHL... I'll be sure to check out my episode's guys as this is my 1st time here... Good stuff !
Thanks for taking the time to listen and to comment. We appreciate it!
Oh I hope we get there! I really do but it won’t be the end of the world if we don’t. If I set my expectations too high I’ll only be disappointed so I don’t!!! But of course one day before I leave the Earth I’d love to see us make the top flight!
And thank you very much for your good wishes bless you 🙂

I don't even know what Marmite is and I am 100% sure I would not drink that beer.
Have you ever had vegimite? Tastes bad enough by itself. In a beer? Much much worse

@@beaubarnett7927 Haha. That's a good plan. They're made from a yeast extract that comes from baking bread. It has no place in beer!!

Simo...The Hot Pocket is there for everyone to see this...FOREVER!
A lot of films mentioned on here I'd probably have on my list - usual suspects, sixth sense, seven and blade runner all had great endings - and you could certainly look at endings in films or TV in different ways (some endings creepy, upsetting, shocking etc.) - 3 films with great endings for me are American psycho, there will be blood and pans labyrinth (love the daftness of the likes of rocky and karate kid films too :)) - it's definitely harder to think of films with bad endings
Number 23 is an excellent film for 90% of the film and the ending completely ruins it. Gaz watched Line of Duty recently and was really disappointed by the ending.
