      Good question. I'd say I'm now seeing studios starting around $1000, 1 bedrooms around $1400+, 2 bedrooms around $1800+, etc. It's all going to depend on the location, size of the apt, amenities, age of the building, and so on.

I personally, like the privacy and tranquility, not have to worry about loose dogs from other properties, inconsiderated neighbors bringing their dogs to poop in front of your home, busy roads that are too close and you hear the traffic like it's inside your home and also 20 basketball courts on a block. Kind of not the ideal if I were looking for a place. Thanks for sharing the tours.

    It sounds great to me. The pros outweigh the cons and the cons don't seem all that bad. I love hot weather and I'm not expecting to live in a downtown area and as far as a draft to go to major city such as Austin I'm from Virginia so I don't see it any different from driving Farmville Virginia to Richmond Virginia to get to a big city. I feel very comfortable in a suburban City at least it's not a very small boondocks town LOL that's what I'm trying to get away from.

    Been in around Rock since 2014. My rent went from $1395.00-$2100.00. We literally can no longer live in Round Rock as of December 2021. Traffic is bad. It’s crowded now. It’s safe with low crime. There are tons of day trip things to do. The schools are decent by location. Progress is good but I miss what Round Rock was. It WAS in my opinion a great place to raise a family. Now, not so much. Very political area also.

      Any places in Texas that you would recommend that hasn’t gotten as overpopulated and expensive like round rock?
