Ahm, this is the second one. I highly recommend this game, a really cool jRPG, though maybe a bit old. :P

@@BeamingFoxy Oh, I think I only had the second one on Gameboy advance somewhere around 2008. I never had the first one. Did you get far?

@@samuelmmmk181 Once upon a time, a long, long time ago, I went through GS1 and GS2... then I waited for GS3 and didn't get there, only to find out somewhere this year that GS3 came out finally years after. Now it is on my list to play. I have the whole playthrough from GS1 on my channel if you want to watch... a trivial 30 episodes xD

I played them for the first time when they came out on the GBA... these are old games, but geez, great ones! As for the third part, I won't comment because I don't know it... But I'll play it anyway.

Then your fine since in order to fight it all 28 + ALL the ones from This game are required to fight it but even at lv 99 I would still have to Summon Rush Dullahan to death BUT theirs a very high random encounter rate for Dullahans dungeon itself.

Fair point, however, no worries - I've had all 28 :) (by the way, I have all the djinn I've acquired shown in my shorts... I need to get them into one playlist though)

Hehe, yes it's full (all djinn and all locations, plots) - but it's my first one, so please be understanding ;) Right now I'm doing Golden Sun: The Lost Age - on Monday and Thursday at 7PM GMT+1 on Twitch, then uploading to TH-cam and doing a description.

I have not tried it. I know it should be weaker against earth-bound attacks - since it's air-bound itself, but for the most part, I haven't mixed djinn between characters. Saving the game doesn't take much time, and sometimes it can come in handy.... Especially with a boss that is considered to be the strongest in the game - even if it's not the Endboss

Oh... It's certainly a good game for depression. :) I'm currently playing it on Nintendo Switch, they did a remake and published it this year, sometime in February. I used to play with the help of the Visual Boy Advance | GBA Emulator - when the battery in my Golden Sun cartridge died. It's easy to find online.

You are absolutely right! I myself decided to revisit this game years later, on the occasion of the remake for Switch, and I'm more and more surprised how many things I don't remember xD And that makes it even more fun!

Rest assured, it's going well so far, and I've already reached "Crossbone Isle" by boat :P I haven't done anything there though, as I prefer to do it all at once (now I still miss one psynergy), and having played GS on my GBA once before, light years ago, I know I'm not losing anything for now.

Interesting, the 2nd part is definitely more expanded and the world is more open... It does pose some challenges. So far, on today's stream, Kraren got under my skin a bit, but I still won! :D

Hehe, the whole game seemed so much harder when one was a kid... Playing more relaxed now, although it did take a while to beat the Manticore.
