I understand a few words only 🤣makes me remember when a dude from india talk to me. Im a filipino with neutral accent. Oh my, we are speaking the same language but still cant understand each other 🤣🤣🤣

I'm quite surprised, but I actually could understand him. Especially the second part when I paid attention and I knew what to expect, so I understood every single word. In the first speech I missed few words (like "particularly"), but I got the meaning anyway. English is not my first language and I live in Poland for my whole life, so I'm not sure if the second guy was just fooling around trying to avoid the question or something, but I doubt he couldn't understand.

As an American I understood him very clearly, though I had a friend from the west country in the UK.
