Here's the step to assign the work schedule to Employees. 1 Log in to Oracle Cloud HCM Application as an HR 2 Click on My Client Group tab > Absence tile > Work Schedule Assignment link 3 Click on the search box; By typing employee name, search for the employee for whom work schedule has to be assigned 4 Click on the employee name from the list of suggestions displayed 5 Under "Schedules", click on "+" 6 Under "Start Date", click on the calendar and select the start date of the schedule assignment 7 Under "Name", click inside the box; start typing the name of the work schedule and click on the desired work schedule from the list of suggestions 8 Under "Primary", click on the drop down arrow and select the "Yes" from the list of options 9 Click on "Review" button. In the page that appears, review the changes you made 10 Click on "Submit" button to submit the work schedule assignment 11 A warning message "The request will be submitted. Do you want to continue?" is displayed. Click "Yes" button 12 Click "OK" button in the confirmation box We can also set the eligibilty profiles under work schedules to get the autoenrollment of employees into work schedule
