Egypt basically did everything...those two are in for a rude awakening when they don't have a hand to guide them through!

Now no problem with putting a master on the 2nd floor but for not running refunding or changing plumbing massively: why did they not put the bathroom where the 2nd kitchen was?

Why did they destroy the kitchen cabinets? They could have did a delicate demo and saved the cabinets for resale? Those cabinets were not in bad shape?

If you want to create a tv show,why don’t you finance the purchase and Reno yourself instead of risking other peoples money ? Your Reno costs where way off you could not do that much work for $145,000.00. But what annoyed me most was “you never stopped talking”, the whole decorating concept was your idea with other peoples money. Those girls were overwhelmed by your pushy manner.

I don’t understand…since when do you have to offer more than the asking price? Unless there’s a lot of offers, I guess. I just love how ppl want to renovate but have absolutely no single creative side whatsoever and want big money.

So basically the "virgins" provide the investment and some sweat equity, while Egypt makes the redesign decisions? If I wanted to flip I would also want to have input into the design.

Egypt is the voice of reason in house flipping. She knows what it takes to do a flip, the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Egypt's design plans of making a huge, chef's kitchen was awesome. Making a huge master and removing the kitchen on the second floor was also a stroke of genius. The house has amazing bones already. Knocking down a couple walls really opened it up. Now the home is breathtaking and even 1 million dollars would be a good deal.

I love how ppl think flipping a house is like building legos lol. 😏

I think she calculated her ARV wrong. I thought it was the initial cost plus renovation cost. She may be using comps which helps increase the value.
