That means first accepting that you are not all you could be. Then you have to change your way of thinking. Change the way and the quality of your thoughts since they determine a large portion of things in your life. Most importantly, change the way you think about yourself. Tell yourself that you are worthy, that you can change for the better(which are facts), that you are not as bad as you thought and that things can be fixed. The thing is, there is SO much strength in you that it's unimaginable. Only one life you have and that's it. If you again start thinking that you can't, remind yourself of anyone great that marked the history. They had to go through all the shit and failure to get where they are. That's life, life throws shit at you. Bother, I want you to become the BEST FUCKING VERSION OF YOUSELF, and FUCK what anyone else thinks. People will always say shit and tell you that you can't, they will ignore you, they will abandon you, they will wish the worst for you. Fuck them. If you care too much about their opinions then you are not living your life. Be true to yourself. And still find time to appreciate and enjoy life. I wish you the best brother.
You don’t hate yourself bro. You hate what you let yourself become. I’ve been there for 10 years now, I know it’s cheesy to hear but make everyday just a little bit better than the day before. Eventually good things come your way and you’ll start to love the person you’ve become, life is too short, keep your head up and love who you are. At the end of the day you are all you got.
