Hi sir, in this method, if we are using Gantry type 5 axis machine i cant run continusly. is there any option to run 0 to 360 +/-?
Where i found Tool library file .mdb when i reinstall of power mill
If no angle is specified, but it is set to Lead/Lean, will Powermill calculate the angle best suited for the surface automatically ?
Hi Sir Is there any possibility to get this file to save for reference

Hi Rajesh, Thank you for posting these educational videos on TH-cam. I have a machining package and I am trying to exaclty what you have explained in this video. I spent hours trying to figure out how to get rid of that centre line that is left after cutting with a ballnose cutter. Unfortunatly my fusion doesn't have the "flow preview" function. It only has flow and it doesn't give me the setup yours shows in this video. Do you by any chance know of a method/toolpath I could you besides the "flow preview" ?
Your videos are very useful, well explained , Thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you so much for this easy explanation sir.... Now I'm able to make different kind of " PROCESS SHEET"
I would like to know if there is the possibility of taking a class for 4 axis... machining a Fresq helicoidal diameter 80x 350... torsion angle 240 degrees... how would I go about machining it? powermill
hi sir how to join that course how to contact you.?
Make the tootlpath such that T cutter gets the entry from one place and exits from one place as well... Lead in And Leadout Point same to same

I have a question. For example we have a single component having features of different heights and when we calculate the program it turns out that the rapid height is same for every height. Is that possible to change the individual heights rapid plane. Because cutter has to move all the up while working in deep features. I want that when the cutter is working in deep part position it will life only after going other place the rapid height should be close to the feature not the working plane. Is that possible
Yes, you can control it by selecting the rapid height individual path, lock that and apply new height
@@rajeshkanna5177 how? can you show us exactly how to do that.?
th-cam.com/video/JnnaL209c3s/w-d-xo.htmlsi=TmYgN-qI6vz2OtFz
@@rajeshkanna5177 thank you so much sir for the help. This is something new for me. But i need one more information regarding this topic. As shown in the video. We are able to change the rapid height only. But the plunge distance which i want to shift below the bounding box and negative value are not allowed. So this way i am only able to change rapid height but not plunge height. I am saying this because the modle is cylindrical in shape on both the ends there is flange and in the middle section diameter is smaller then the flange diameter. So the job we are working on is in two half parts along the axis of the cylindrical stock. So when i start roughing process everything goes well but when it comes to finish the rapid and plunge moves never go below the stock where i clearly see that there is no material in real. But software doesn't knows it. So the rapid and plunge moves are above the flange but what i need to do is to the rapid and plunge height should be calculated from the main modle surface not the stock surface. How can i achieve that kind of strategy. Please help

Sir lead in and lead out pocket center give then what problem coming?
It’s a safe option, particularly if you are using cutter compensation it will be very useful
Thank you for your explanation. It worked for stepover and stepdown parameters for me but when I wanted to add Tool number with the expression "Number.Value" it didn't work. I don't know where I went wrong.
Try Tool. Number
