Informational Community Session 1 was held on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2024, and focused on project funding and service type. The meeting included a presentation by Caltrans on the Federal Railroad Administration’s Corridor Identification and Development (Corridor ID) Program, which helps facilitate the development of new or improved intercity passenger rail service in the United States.
