Big Red is an 06 gmc 3500 6.6L duramax 4x4. Was 4 door long bed but now flat bed

how fast is it and how did you get rear wheels on ?
I welded car wheel bearing hubs to a shaft that I can bolt on the shaft that drives the tillers. That way I can take them back off it tillin needs done. With the small pulley it does like 15 mph lol maybe 20
