This performance honors the piece wonderfully.

This is one good duo for Danse Macabre. I have viewed on quite a few Danse Macabre duo videos and noted that you emphasized on the tempo towards the ending, it becomes faster and faster and ironically slows down in the last few sections. This adaptation was quite, I would say, infective, as if the skeletons really wanted to finish the dance before the daybreak. That is some, in Japanese, "sense of author" I shall say.

Love the piece but he overly exaggerates everything. His sound suffers a lot. Becomes almost metallic in some parts. His sweet expressive parts are great but it just didn’t feel cohesive. The rooster call at the end was so aggressive it killed the moment for me.

Back to this video: Adriel is learning this piece now and need some inspiration :)) Fantastic performance!
