I don’t understand what you’re picking. You’re saying she looks good in spring colors. No she doesn’t, they’re too pale. Autumn is her season. The idea is to find her SEASON first then give her the colors in that group. But I agree with some other comments. You pull hair back and take off makeup. That is true test of what colors and tones match. When wearing the right season you almost don’t need makeup.

I don't know if the color is messed up in the video, but she definitely seems cool toned! Her concealer is yellow-ish and the hair is warm-toned, which seems throwing you off here. I'm guessing she might be something like a cool summer
